Placements: It was a 100% placement and the package offered on campus hovered around 3.5lpa to 12lpa. Some of the top companies recruiting were Hilti, Catterpillar, Wipro, TCS, Federal Bank, Icici Bank, Sonata Software. Top roles offered were mostly Business Analyst and sales while Banking companies dominated the placement.

Infrastructure: Hostels are great and mess is one the best in the country providing us with a host of options to select. Food is healthy and nutritional. You have 8 mess to choose from. It goes from North india mess veg to non veg and then there are Kerela mess, Andhra mess and a pure authentic veg mess. Wi-Fi speed is great on campus and the labs and library are of world class. Placements: Our college is the best in providing placements, and around 100% of the students got placed in the last year. It is the most demanding course in both core and software sides. All of our seniors got placed, and maximum of them were placed in their 3rd year. Top recruiting companies are Texas Instruments, Tech Mahindra, TCS, etc.

Placements: It is a joy to take ECE course in NIT trichy. B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering is one of the best courses in this college. About 80 out of 100 students get placed, and some of the students opt for higher. Only 3-5% of the students are not placed because of their poor skills.

Placements: Around 65% of the students got placed from college because of the corona outbreak. The highest salary package offered was 12.6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 6 LPA. The average salary package offered was 8 LPA. Top companies like GE, Hyundai, Baker Hughes, and Lincoln Electric visited our campus for recruitment. Internships provided by the college were around 65-70% in Lincoln Electric and Baker Hughes. Roles offered were as sales head, design engineer, and marketing head.

Infrastructure: Labs in our college are with costly machinery but none of them is working perfectly. Most of the instruments are outdated. The hostel is having good Wi-Fi and old buildings. There are more dangerous snakes, insect intrusion, and ants. Those who are staying on the first floor will not face any problems. The food served is tasty and the quality is good. Placements: As of now, around 50% of the students from our course got placed with the highest salary package of 14 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are General Electric, Hyundai, etc. As of now, only 7% of the students got internships from our course in Lincoln Electric. Placements: The worst placement in any engineering colleges will be for Metallurgy department. Sadly such is the case in NIT-T too. In Industrial Metallurgy 2018-2020 batch some 7/15 students got placed. The highest package was 13 LPA and the lowest was 4 LPA. General Electric, Rolls-Royce, Alstom. Only 1 got an internship in Lincoln Electric. Managerial roles in production, supply chain, R&D roles in biomedical companies.

Placement package details are not officially disclosed by the institute, but on an average, for ECE it is around 8-10 Lacs per annum. Infrastructure: Infrastructure is really good, with a spacious 800-acre campus. 1st-year classrooms are fully air-conditioned. Labs, lecture halls and department buildings too are clean and well maintained. The campus is full of greenery, and enough sports playgrounds and courts too, including a gym, swimming pool, indoor stadium, badminton court and A Student activity centre (SAC) too inside the campus.
