Placements: The placement percentage in our course was around 80-90%. The highest package offered in our course was 46 LPA. The median package offered in our course was 8 LPA. The top recruiting companies that visited our college for our course were Tech Mahindra, Infosys, TCS, etc.
Placements: We are not in that stage yet being first years, but I still heard and believe that PES has a different brand when it comes to placement. As of what I heard, the highest package for this year is somewhere around 1.1 crore, and the average package being around 20 LPA. Most of the students, about 80% got placed in Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies, which is a remarkable response. This is also one of the reasons students join PES.
Placements: Placements after B.Pharma are very less, and the packages offered are not much. The highest packages after B.Pharma are 3-4 lakhs per annum. The companies which come are also decreasing every year. The job roles are also quite different from the course we studied, and we have to take a separate training for it.
Placements: 60% of students are placed in my course. The highest package on our campus is 56 LPA and the lowest is 3.5 LPA. The average package is between 7 LPA to 12 LPA. Companies like Google, Apple, Microsoft, and a few other MNCs etc. I don't know much about internships as I am in my first year.
Placements: There is a good amount of percentage of placements in my course and it is something about 45% of students got placed last year. The minimum package offered was 4 LPA to 15 LPA. Companies from all the streams come to recruit to our college mainly startups and other new companies. Top roles offered was for industrial designers and web designers from our course.
Placements: As a fresher, I don't know a lot of seniors. But from the things I have heard from most of them, the placements are really good. But the most important part is played by your CGPA here. A good CGPA means good job placement with higher annual income.
Placements: Compared to other courses and colleges, our college offers less placements for the law department, as it is still in its budding stage. Even though some students secure good placements with packages around 5 LPA, the number is very less. Also, many students chose higher studies over jobs. Talking about internships, every year our college provides opportunities. Last year, internships were offered at the Karnataka Legal Services Authority, and before that, at an NGO based in Udupi. Our department...
Placements: Around 80% were placed and the highest package was like 50 LPA and the lowest was 3 LPA. Top companies like Google, Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, and Siemens. The top roles were SDE and data analyst. Core companies were a little less for mechanical and electrical, but for computer science, it was good.
Placements: Considering the students' facilities, internships were arranged by the college itself and they would take care of the students in visiting the industries during the period of internship. We were able to gain a lot of work experience but won’t get any stipend. The highest salary provided to the students was 7.5 Lacs in top core companies.
Placements: Placement classes are conducted more frequently compared to academic sessions. Companies like Hyundai, LG Electronics, and Havells visit for yearly placements. Cracking the placement tests of such companies is really hard, so we undergo rigorous training from the first semester itself.
Placements: Last year, in 2024, around 65 percent of the batch was placed. Top recruiting companies include Apple, DE Shaw, Zomato, and Swiggy. Top roles include SDE, Cloud Associate, and even ML Engineer. The lowest package was around 4 LPA, and the highest was around 60 LPA. Almost 50 percent of the students got internships in companies such as Amazon, Apple, DE Shaw, Expedia, Cisco, and so on.
Placements: The college has good connections with the industry. The previous batches (before 2023) had a very good placement experience. But currently, due to poor conditions, companies are not hiring as many as they used to. But PES did their job well. Roughly, 70% of the students were placed this year, which is less for PES. Companies like Apple, DE Shaw, Intuit, Commvault, Couchbase, Over, Cisco, etc. visited the campus. 68 tier 1 companies, 77 tier 2 companies, 61 tier 3 companies, and 2 dream tier comp...
Placements: Most students from B.Tech get really good placements. One of the top recruiting companies is Bajaj, which also has a best-at-PESU program. In my course (psychology), many students get internships at NIMHANS and university research associate jobs are also given to a few.
Placements: More than 25% of students got placed in the MBA course. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, PWC, HPE, Epsilon, etc., visit our college. Various roles are offered by companies in operation, marketing, HR, business analytics, and finance. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA by HPE for marketing and operations. Top roles offered are tax consultant, sales executive, audit accountant, Talent acquisition manager, etc.
Placements: The placement percentage is probably around 60% owing to the fact that the majority of IT companies are not hiring right now. However, in a normal year, this percentage can go up to 75%. The highest package is around the 50 lac range most years, and the lowest is 4 LPA. The average hovers around 11-12 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Zomato, Google. Around 20% of students get internships, and Swiggy, Nokia, JP Morgan, and Accenture are some of the companies that provide internships.
Placements: About 35% of the students were placed, the highest being 7 LPA and the lowest being 2 LPA. Companies such as Deloitte, Oracle, TVS, and Microsoft, and many more recruit here. All students get internships; in fact, internships are mandatory. Although most students are eligible to get placed, they don't find the placements desirable and feel they aren't worth it.
Placements: We had no placement for PUC in the Hanumanth Nagar branch, but there was a placement opportunity in the RR Nagar branch, so we had no idea about this as we were not given any information about the placements in this branch of the college. But the course was very effective .
Placements: Around 70 to 80 percent of students get placed in companies from this campus . College is known for its placement, especially for CSE and AIML branches. The highest package offered is 65 lakh per annum, and the average package is 17 lakh per annum. Top recruiters are Intel , IBM, Flipkart, Amazon, HP, and more.
Placements: Around 60% of students get placed, with the highest package being 8 LPA. Infosys is a key recruiter, along with 80% of students placed in various startups. The roles offered include HR, Operations, and International Business. Big companies provide plenty of exposure to the industry and diverse skills. The crowd is diverse, with students from various parts of the country and some even from outside India. The flagship program of the college is Engineering.
Placements: B.Sc. Psychology is a relatively newer course in this university. Since I happen to be the second batch. There have been no placements as of yet. By next year I can provide more information on this. There is a placement cell being created using students to ensure good placements for the first batch.
