SNUSAT 2024: Shiv Nadar Universitgy has closed SNUSAT registrations for last round. Candidates will be able to check results, also known as SNUSAT offer letter, inside the login dashboard soon. Shiv Nadar University conducted the admission process in multiple rounds. Candidates who qualify the SNUSAT 2024 exam are eligible for the online interview. Q:   Do I need to appear for SNUSAT if I appear for CUET exam?

A:

Shiv Nadar University accepts admission to courses based on four different routes for BMS and BSc Economics & Finance. These four routes include:

  • Route 1: SNUSAT Please click here for details.

  • Route 2: College Board SAT – Candidates can apply with a valid SAT score.

  • Route 3: ACT Candidates can apply with a valid ACT Score

  • Route 4: CUET + Screening Form + Class 12th Marks.

Candidates can get admissin to Shiv Nadar University based on any of the four routes. Those who are appearing for CUET will have to fill the screening form to apply for SNU admissions. Along with CUET scores, the varsity will take into account, Class 12 scores.

 

Q:   What is the mode of SNUSAT exam?

A:

The SNUSAT exam is usually conducted in physical mode at Pearson VUE centres. This means that candidates are required to appear for the exam in designated test centres that are identified by Pearson Vue. However, in certain exceptional cases, online examinations are available for candidates who have medical reasons or significant logistical issues, or for students who are enrolled in boarding schools. This ensures that all students have an equal opportunity to take the SNUSAT exam, regardless of their circumstances or location.

 

Q:   Can I get admission in SNU on the basis of SNUSAT because I think my board percentage will be nearly 75%?

A:

Applying for SNUSAT means getting admission to SNU Noida UG programmes. For UG courses, candidates must pass at least Class 12. The minimum aggregate required is 65%. Hence, any percentage above it will open the chances of getting admission to SNU Noida. 

Such aspirants with 65% aggregate and above in Class 12, can apply for SNUSAT. They must make sure they check the SNUSAT exam pattern and syllabus to prepare well for the exam. As meeting the eligibility requirement does not solely confirm the admission.

What is SNUSAT?

SNUSAT is a university-level entrance exam conducted by Shiv Nadar University for admission to various UG level courses offered on its campus. Shiv Nadar University selects candidates based on SAT, ACT Scores or SNUSAT and APT (Academics Proficiency Test) followed by an interview process and a review of a candidate’s application form. Candidates applying for any UG courses offered by the following SNU schools will have to appear for SNUSAT and APT. The varsity is conducting the exam as a computer-based test from Pearson VUE-administered centres. All candidates who wish to appear for the SNUSAT exam are required to pay an application fee of INR 2500. This application fee is obligatory and cannot be waived off under any circumstances. Candidates who do not pay the SNUSAT application fee within the specified deadline are deemed ineligible to appear for the exam. Therefore, it is recommended that candidates make the payment in a timely manner to avoid any inconvenience or disqualification from the exam.

 

Q:   What is the mode of SNUSAT registration?

A:

Shiv Nadar University releases the SNUSAT application form in an online mode. Candidates who wish to apply for the SNUSAT exam need to apply for the exam online. No other mode is available for the SNUSAT registration. The varsity will not entertain any requests for offline submission of the application form. After submitting the online application form, candidates must take a print out of the SNUSAT application form to retain the same for future references. However, this print-out must not be sent to the official authority.

SNUSAT 2024 Slot Booking

SNUSAT and APT is conducted over multiple days. Candidates have the liberty to choose the slot to appear for SNUSAT. After filling SNUSAT 2024 application form, candidates need to choose a slot to appear for SNUSAT and APT. It will be conducted in a CBT mode from centres administered by Pearson VUE. The slot, however, will be granted only on the basis of availability.

SNUSAT and APT exams are conducted at Pearson VUE centres. The test is to be delivered on a computer; each candidate gets a randomly generated exam from a pool of questions. The SNUSAT has the difficult standard of the Class 10 level syllabus.
