Placements: About 800 people are studying our course. The highest salary package offered is 39 LPA and the lowest salary package is 4.5 LPA. Top companies like Google, Accenture, Amazon, PayPal, and Microsoft recruit from our course. Around 80% of students will get internships. Embedded, software, and hardware roles are very good in my course. Top companies offer higher salary packages, but they hire only a few members.

Placements: Around 85% of students got placed from SRMIST. I got to know from seniors and college faculty members, that the average salary package offered is 8 LPA. There are both product-based companies and mass recruiters at our college, offering many opportunities. Placements depend on how well you develop your skills. The highest salary package offered is 50 LPA. There are internship opportunities if you join a club. Last year, Microsoft visited campus and around 2 students got their chance.

Placements: You do have companies visiting the campus for placements but they barely hire 2-3 students from a pool of over 4000 applicants. We had companies like PayPal, Dell, Barclays, jp Morgan, Philips and Siemens that came to recruit interns but they barely hired 5 interns out of which 50% were girls. It’s almost impossible to get past the initial resume screening, most people are rejected even before they write a test. Placements: My course is B.Tech CSE with a specialization in Data Analysis. There are around 200 students in my course. The highest salary package offered is 15 LPA, and there is no information regarding the lowest salary package. However, our course is great if one is opting for higher studies.

Placements: Almost 90% got placed from here. The highest package is 63 LPA. TCS, Microsoft, etc. can't give the correct percentage of information they have, but there are too many chances to get internships in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and the Internet of Things.

Placements: A very few students were placed in my course due to lack of knowledge regarding the subjects, this is all because of the faculty. We have raised complaints against them but the management doesn't care about it. If any one is interested to join this college only for placements, it’s better to choose another course in this college because this course is not the correct one to choose for getting placed. Placements: The placement opportunities provided at our college is average. Companies came to campus looking for students with a variety of skills. Most companies required a minimum GPA of 8 to be eligible to interview.

Placements: The placement in my branch is more than 90%. The highest package ever offered was 1 Cr by Amazon. The average in CSE is 11 LPA, and the minimum is 3 LPA. Top roles offered in our college are to the CSE branch students. The recruitment process is also held in a nice manner.

Placements: The college has promising placements; almost 70% of students from my branch are placed. The average package being 8 LPA and the highest being 51 LPA. Microsoft, Oracle, and Juspay are some of the top recruiters. Around 100 students got internships in multiple companies.

Placements: About 80-85% of students are placed, with the highest package of 56 lacs from Amazon and the lowest of 3.5-4 from TCS. The average package in the computer science department is 6-7 lacs. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Ford Motors, Cloudlex, Tube Investments of India Ltd., Bajaj Finserv Health Ltd., Toshiba, Volvo, Goldman Sachs, Flipkart, Google, TCS, etc.

Placements: The placement was amazing in SRM University. More than you expect, companies come for recruitment. Grabbing the opportunity is challenging. Top companies, TCS, Schneider Electric, Honeywell, etc., offer top roles like graduate engineer trainee and software developer.

Placements: The highest package is 54 LPA, the lowest is 4 LPA, and the average package is 7 LPA. Our recruiters are Amazon, Wipro, etc. The top roles are design and development, problem solving, production support, and R&D. Around 15% of students do internships from usually startups. 95% of students from CSE are placed.

Placements: The placement records in SRM are magnificent, especially in CSE and ECE. Top MNCs visit SRM every year for recruitment, and good placement opportunities are offered. The top companies that visit SRM are INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, DELOITTE, TECH MAHINDRA, etc.

Placements: In 2024 placement session, ONLY 1 company came for biotech. If you're considering this stream in SRM, you better be mentally prepared that you'll have to either go for a Master's or look for off-campus placements. The package offered by the company was 3 LPA. None of my biotechnology peers have gotten any internships in biotech.

Placements: Around 80–85% of the students were placed in good companies. The highest package goes as high as 1 crore, and the average is 7–8 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Asian Paints, L&T, and TASL. In my course, most students got good packages in well-reputed companies.

Placements: We all have come to this college hearing about the placements in the college, and around 96% of students get placements every year in CSE. Wipro, ICICI, and IBM are top companies. Most of the students get internships even from 1st and 2nd year. Many get placed as software engineers and in the AI field.

Placements: For the academic year 2023, SRM University Chennai had a baffling 92% placement rate with an average of 7.5 LPA and the highest package going up to 57 LPA. The lowest package in the Computer Science engineering course was 5.5 LPA. Some top recruiting companies were Wipro, Amazon, IBM, Microsoft, Yes Bank, and HCL. Placements: My batch has some amazing students experienced and knowledgeable in many fields. Our batch has 60 students, and yet we are in the first year. The top recruiting companies are Mahindra, Hyundai, Ford, Tata, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Bajaj, and L&T. These are some of the top companies recruiting in mechanical.

Placements: Firstly, there is a placement paper conducted by SRM. If you qualify, then only you are applicable to sit for placements. 60% of students did not qualify for the SRM placement paper, that's why there are a very small number of students applying for placements. Only 30% of students are placed in college, but the college shows 100%, which is totally fake. I will give you the whole statistics if you need. Placements: Above 7 CGPA scored students are placed here. 52 lakhs is the highest package and 3 lakhs is the lowest package in SRM. Amazon, Google, TCS, etc. are the companies recruiting for my course. 70 percent of placements are offered by TCS for Embedded Systems and Electronic Design Engineer roles.
