Great infrastructure and activities.

Placements: The university has great placements and every year a large percentage of students get placed across all courses. Since B.com LL.B. is a new course, there have not been any placements as of yet. However, it is expected that there will be good placement opportunities and plenty of students will be recruited.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. There is a well-stocked library, wi-fi, canteen and a lot of area for sports. The canteen always has good quality food and a lot of options for everyone. We als...

State of the art infrastructure

Placements: Around 50 - 60 students have been placed in my course. Package is around 1 Lacs. Top company recruiters would include Turiya, UnMa, TCS. Around 50% students have got internship opportunities. Journalists/TV presenters/marketing interns are the top roles.

Infrastructure: Absolutely state of the art infrastructure and faculty, in every field. Cleanliness is the biggest attraction. Well mannerisms are a must with strict discipline. Respect for peers and professors should always be maintained. Contacts of this unive...

It has very helpful professors, quite good placements for UG, and superb infrastructure.

Placements: In B.Com, almost 60-70% of students got placed last year. The lowest package offered was 1.8 lacs per annum, and the highest package was around 4.50 lacs per annum, and the average package was 2.5-3 LPA. BYJU's, TCS, Jaro, and Kantar were the top recruiters. Almost 80% of students got internships in different companies like Shriram Life Insurance, MissionEd and others.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are well furnished and maintained very well. Everything is very neat and clean. All classrooms are air-conditioned...

Our college is pretty good considering the growing infrastructure and facilities for students.

Placements: Around 50% of the students got placed from our course. The average course fee is above 3 lacs. For mass communication, there were media companies from the industry, and other small and large scale companies were also visited. Mostly unpaid internships were not offered, but also there were paid internships.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is top-notch. There is no complaint with hygiene, cleanliness, ambience, surroundings and atmosphere. You can get quality food in the canteen. There's a gym and basketball co...

It is the best college in Eastern India.

Placements: Placements in our college are good. MNCs visited here, and the highest salary package offered was around 15 LPA. You have to pay extra for each company you sit. Also, you have to make sure to read the terms and conditions before you apply to any company. I suggest making sure to sit for placements. I could not sit because I was suffering from Typhoid, and I still regret it.

Infrastructure: I suggest not to opt for the college hostel. Classrooms have air-conditioners, and the library is excellent and well-managed...

I am extremely disappointed with placements so far. Don't get lured by the brand name of Xavier's.

Placements: Placements in college are extremely disappointing. For SIP, all the placements are that of unpaid internship. For final placement, the average salary offered is between 3 LPA to 5 LPA. For Finance and HR, the salary package offered hardly crosses 4 LPA. But, in Marketing as there are incentives given, some placements are above 5 LPA; that too very few. M.A. students appear in pool placements with BMS, B.Com M.Com M.A. Economics. The roles on offer can do without M.A. graduates as well, so the...

This college is not at all worth the fees. Hostel life is pathetic.

Placements: Advantages of our college are placements have been quite good. Companies like E&Y, Deloitte, PwC, HDFC, Godrej, Philips, Adani Wilmar, Berger, etc., recruited students from our college. Dabur and Kellogg's offered PPOs to students. Our placement cell and professors did a great job to make students get placed. But there are some advantages like some of the salary packages offered are very low. Some marketing students have been recruited for insurance sales jobs, which any 12th standard passed out...

Placements: The college provides very good placement opportunities for almost every department. CM Mamata Banerjee has openly told all the universities in Bengal to follow St. Xavier's model. I am a student of mass communication. Our senior batch students have got good internships. Also, companies are visiting the campus for placements.

Infrastructure: The college has a high level of infrastructure. We have a studio, sound class and Mac lab. Every facility is available here. Also, a law course may be introduced soon. It is ...

Best university in Kolkata affiliated by CBCS, professional course, huge syllabus as compare to DU.

Placements: The university is completely new and is in its first year of inception, and falls under Nova University. But this college has great placement cell as you can compare it with St. Xavier's College (autonomous) Park Street campus. The university is affiliated with CBCS, but the college is affiliated with Calcutta University, and after few years, the college also comes under University, so, you can enjoy a great benefit. From 2018 onwards, the university is also going to start MBA programs through X...

Good, but a long way to go to be in the same bracket as top XAMI B Schools.

Placements: All the students are placed unless you're in HR or you are very poor at cracking interviews. Average placement package is just above 5 LPA. HDFC, PwC, E&Y, Delloite, Berger, Adani, Godrej, Dabur, Philips, HDFC Life, Bajaj Allianz, TCS are some of the big brands that came. There were other 10-15 startups as well that came like Jaro Education, Lido Learning, Buyer Foresight etc. The roles offered to Finance students by HDFC and PwC are great. It is a great place for knowledge and education, but not to get a job.

Placements: Placements in our college are average. Placement officer and placement cell in our college are rude. Students with work experience have to settle for jobs with a low salary than their previous jobs. Students who left jobs with a salary package ranges between 4.5-5 LPA, have to settle with a salary package ranges between 3.5-4 LPA jobs. On requesting to a placement officer, he tells of getting a job on our own, and that placement is a complimentary service to the course. If students get a company...

Placements: Since It a fresh batch. There are no more placements till now. But we have a placement cell in our university. The placements jn our university will be very good as St. Xavier's is just not a name It's a brand and that's what companies and institutes look for.

Placements: The commers section were placed in quite reputed companies including ones like Deloit. However, the overall placement rate was not much impressive, considering it was the first batch.
