It provides good placements in 2025.

Placements: It provides nice placements. The average package offered is 12 LPA, and the highest package is 53 LPA. The lowest package is 8 LPA. For sure, good companies like JP Morgan, Accenture, Deloitte, and Bain & Company visit the college to recruit students. 90% of students get placed here. 10% of students opt for higher studies. I suggest students join this college. It has good placement states.

The college campus is big. Placements are good if you maintain good CGPA.

Placements: The number of students in my course is 250 which is 8-9% of total students in my college. The highest package for my college is 20 LPA, and the average salary is 8 LPA. Top recruiting company is JP Morgan. Almost 70% of students get internships in my course and from tech companies like Microsoft.

Disappointed because of the faculty recently. Placements are not good, but infrastructure is good .

Placements: Average placements recently are not nice. The top recruiters are Apple, Google, Infosys, etc. 60–70% of students were placed. The total number of students placed this year was 1770; further, 70% of students were placed and the average package was around 5 lakh to 11.09 lakh.

Best university in Punjab.

Placements: Thapar University is one of the best private universities in Punjab. It is known for its decent placement record and education. At the end of 4th semester, students are eligible for internships. There are a lot of internship opportunities for those students who have skills and interests. In the final year of your course, you are eligible for placements in on-campus drive. Many companies visited colleges like Accenture, Deloitte, Amazon, and many more. Approximately 98% of students get placed in ...

Stunned by the quality of this college and college life, highly recommend 10/10.

Placements: In the previous batch, almost 90% of the batch got placed with good offers, and mainly SDE roles were provided to students. Some of the top companies are Apple, Brain, BlackRock, Deloitte, and others. Instead of hiring in mass, they hire less with good packages.

Thapar Institute has top-notch infrastructure with great facilities.

Placements: I'm a second-year student of TIET pursuing my B.Tech in computer engineering. Placement for computer branches is decent; some companies offer good placements, but due to the large number of students in this branch, the CGPA cutoff is very high. Companies like JP Morgan are among the top recruiters. The average package is around 10 lakhs for this course; the highest can vary year upon year. The lowest package is 3-4 lakhs.

It is the 2nd best private college in India.

Placements: The college has good placements, but you need to work on yourself to get a placement. Big companies like Apple and Google come here, but they take a very less number of students. Starting offers are not very good, but as the companies are good, you can accept them.

Thapar University with my perspective.

Placements: Placements are decent for the fields they offer, but they are increasing the intake of students, which will likely decrease placements of the college in the upcoming years. Currently, the median salary for B.Tech graduates is around 9-10 LPA, which is relatively low.

The highest salary package offered is 50 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 10 LPA. Top companies like Apple, Microsoft, and JP Morgan visit the college to hire students. Few percentage of students got internships because of the high cut of CGPA. Roles offered here are projects and CG. Students should focus on placements.
