UPES PAT 2022: Exam Dates, Application Form, Eligibility, Syllabus, Results

UPES PAT 2022 application forms are now available at www.upes.ac.in. The last date to fill the UPES PAT application form is July 31, 2022. UPES PAT is conducted by the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (Dehradun). The UPES PAT (University of Petroleum and Energy studies Pharmacy Aptitude Test) 2022 is an online national-level entrance test conducted to facilitate admission into the BPharma programme. Interested candidates can apply till May 9, 2022. The exam will be held online from August 2 to August 4, 2022.

About UPESPAT 2022

UPES PAT 2022 (Pharmacy Aptitude Test) is a national-level online admission test held every year for admission into the Four-year BPharmacy programme at UPES School of Health Sciences. The Computer-Based Test (CBT) will be held in the third week of July, and the candidates will be able to choose a date and time from the available slot through the website.

Who is Eligible for UPES PAT 2022?

The UPES PAT 2022 eligibility is based on exam pathway and non-exam pathway. Below are the eligibility criteria for both paths.

Exam Pathway

• The candidate should have scored 50 per cent marks in Class 10 and Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Maths and English as Major Subjects.
• Candidates can Pre-enrol themselves even before they appear for Board Exams if they have a minimum of 50 per cent in Class 10
• Students appearing in Class 12 and their results are awaiting can also apply. Still, shortlisted candidates will only be given a provisional offer letter subject to them obtaining a minimum of 50 per cent marks in the Board exam.
• The candidate should be 17 years of age on or before December 31, 2021

Non-Exam Pathway

• Merit in Board Exams: Minimum 75 per cent marks in Class 10 and Class 12 and Minimum of 75 per cent marks in aggregate in PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Maths/ Biology) at Senior Secondary Level
• JEE/NEET qualified: Minimum score of 40 Percentile or above in JEE or NEET with minimum 50 per cent marks in class 10 and class 12 and minimum 50 per cent in aggregate in PCM/B (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology) in class 12.

The UPES, Dehradun, has only announced the exact application form submission dates and exam dates yet. No particular dates for counselling and result announcement have been declared yet. Below are the dates and events of the UPES PAT 2022:

UPES PAT 2022 Application Form

The UPES Dehradun accepts UPES PAT 2022 application forms for admission into the four-year pharmacy programme. Candidates can apply for UPES PAT online by visiting the official website of UPES, www.upes.ac.in. The last date of submitting the UPES PAT Application Form is July 31, 2022. The application form filling process is a four-step process:

Step 1: Personal Details and Enrolment

Candidates have to enrol themselves by providing all their personal details.

Step 2: Academic History

Candidates have to provide their academic credentials to prove their eligibility.

Step 3: Payment

After providing all the mandatory details, candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs 1,350 using an e-wallet, UPI, debit/credit card.

Step 4: Complete Application

Candidates have to finish the form by choosing an exam slot and reviewing their application.

UPES PAT 2022 Exam Pattern

UPES PAT 2022 exam pattern is designed by the UPES, Dehradun and is all about the exam and the question paper. The exam pattern contains the details such as the duration of the exam, the number of questions and the type of questions. UPES 2022 exam will be a computer-based test conducted at a national level.

The question paper will have four sections, namely Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English Language Comprehension, with a team on Current Affairs Awareness. The question paper will have 200 questions in total. The exam will have no negative marking. The exam duration will be of 3 hours (180 Minutes). All the questions will be asked in the English language. 

UPES PAT 2022 Admit Card

UPES PAT 2022 admit card will be issued by the UPES, Dehradun on their official website soon after the candidates submit the complete application form. After verifying the application form, the admit card will be published on the official website. The UPES will send the admit card download link on the registered email id and the phone number. Candidates will access the admit card by using the application number and the password.

Candidates are advised to take out at least two printouts of the admit card and make sure to bring them to the centre on the day of examination. The candidate will only be allowed to enter the exam centre after producing the USEPPAT 2022 admit card. The candidates should also read the instructions printed on the admit card and follow them.

UPES PAT 2022 Result

UPES PAT 2022 result will be announced tentatively in the last week of August 2022. The candidates will be informed by sharing the email and the SMS. Candidates have to log in using their roll number and password to access the result/merit list. The result/merit list will have candidates’ names, roll numbers and marks secured in the entrance exam.  

UPES PAT 2022 Counselling

UPES PAT 2022 counselling will be held in both modes, online and offline. The counselling will be held on the basis merit list. They will be shortlisted based on their rank on the merit list and will be called for counselling. The UPES PAT 2022 counselling process will begin tentatively in the second week of September 2022.
