It is an amazing college with great faculty members.

Faculty: Teachers are excellent and the course is great if you put in extra effort you might become future millionaires or get great packages. Exams are a bit difficult but if you know the theory very well and have done little practice you can do questions easily. VIT conducts many exams so that students are fully prepared for placements.

Placements: Around 80% of the students were placed. The highest salary package offered was 48 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 5 LPA. Microsoft, Wipro, TCS, and many o...

A breif review of VIT, a Great college for your dreams in IT sector.

Faculty: The faculty at the Vellore campus is really great for CSE & ECE. Highly qualified faculty, won't disappoint those who really want to study. Other engineering like Mechanical is not that great, but if you are thinking of a software-related field then it is one of the best private universities in India, absolutely remarkable!

Placements: Not at all overrated placements, if you do good, then you will get good enough placements. Vellore campus will offer higher placements than any other campus. 3-4 seniors are ...

I am absolutely satisfied with faculty members and placements in M.Tech (integrated).

Faculty: In VIT, teachers are good except for some. They all have very good knowledge about the course, and they all are helpful in nature. They always clear your doubts, and in an online semester, they help us a lot. The course curriculum is very good. The curriculum of M.Tech (integrated) is designed in such a way that you will get ready for the industry.

Placements: From M.Tech (integrated), about 85%-90% of the students get placed in many product-based companies. From this course, all students will get internshi...

I'm satisfisfied with vit.

Faculty: Teachers are highly educated and experienced. It's not like that they take revenges from students of they misbehaves with them. B.Tech in CSE has a great future and most of the highest packages are from this course only. Toughness of Semester exams is not so high but average. Pass percentage is 35%. .

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified. Their teaching quality is also very good. Our course is in collab with TCS so our curriculum is relevant and after 4 years of this course. It makes the students ready for industry. Semester exams, as well as mid-term exams, are very difficult. The pass percentage is around 70%.

Faculty: There is one faculty member for an average of 65 students per class, which is fine. Some teachers are highly qualified, but they don't know how to teach. They just start teaching complex things from the very first class, and then we have to study from YT. Some teachers are not much qualified, but they know how to teach the subject. Some are highly qualified and know how to teach. One more thing is that you have to choose faculty members under whom you want to study. It is really good, but you wi...

Faculty: Experienced faculty members are available in every course. Most of them teach in an application-oriented way, which is very helpful to understand the course and easy to apply it practically.

Placements: I am about to attend placements in the upcoming years, but it has started training from now itself, and it is going good. All classes are informative and useful. We are also attending soft skill classes now.

Review of Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore.

Faculty: The teachers are PhD scholars, and they teach well. They need to adopt innovative styles of teaching. All students can ask doubts, and they can clear them. They're really helpful, and you will get a good education there. The subjects help students tons in applying the concepts.

Placements: I am a final-year student at VIT. The salary packages vary. It also depends on whether you got placed in the core domain or software field. If you are good at coding and crack the exam of a software company, you can get up to 40+ LPA. But I won't give any false hopes here. A person who studied CSE diligently for 4 years will be better at programming and related fields than a person from ECE. 3.5 to 4 LPA is taken without any consideration.
