This college has very good faculty members and courses offered by TCS itself.

Placements: More than 60% of students are placed in this year. The highest salary package offered is around 25 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies for CSBS are Amazon, TCS, Microsoft, and Google. Around 20% of students got internships from our courses in Amazon, TCS, Infosys, and other companies.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of this college are world-class. There is a proper Wi-Fi connection with decent speed. La...

Review of Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore.

Placements: VIT Vellore has announced the successful completion of the final placement process of the 2020 batch. A total of 7,721 offers have been provided among multiple sectors. Our institute witnessed the participants of some of the eminent recruiters, including Intel, eBay, Amazon, Dell, GE, Texas Instruments, etc. This year our institute has offered about 7,721 offers, which results in an increase of 20.47% compared to last year. Review of Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore.

Placements: I am a final-year student at VIT. The salary packages vary. It also depends on whether you got placed in the core domain or software field. If you are good at coding and crack the exam of a software company, you can get up to 40+ LPA. But I won't give any false hopes here. A person who studied CSE diligently for 4 years will be better at programming and related fields than a person from ECE. 3.5 to 4 LPA is taken without any consideration. If you have skills and experience from internships along...

Overall, it is better than low-rank IITs and NITs.

Placements: About 63% of the students from our course get placed. The lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 36 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, Accenture, Wipro and Dell visit our campus for placements. About 30% of the students from our course got an internship in companies like WorkIndia, Amazon, etc. Students get better roles here.

Our college is good. You can learn more things, and VIT gives us many chances to learn.

Placements: I don't know much about the placements as I haven't visited the college because of this Covid-19 pandemic. However, the top recruiting companies here are Amazon, Microsoft, Google, TCS and many more.

Infrastructure: I have not visited the campus until now, so I don't know about Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms and a library. However, from what I heard from our seniors, all facilities are good at VIT. The infrastructure is very good. The food served is good.

I'm dissatisfied with the fee. It can have good placements, great infrastructure & better faculty.

Placements: When I interacted with our seniors about their placements, they said placements in VIT are really privileged compared to other colleges as many of them got placed in mass recruiters with dream offers and super dream offers through campus placements. As per the college, the placements here are more than 90%, which is almost true. Mega companies like Google, Microsoft, JP Morgan and many others visit here for recruitment. Placements: About 75% of students got placed from our course. The highest salary package offered was more than 20 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. The average salary package offered was approximately 9 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course were Wells Fargo, Infosys, L&T, TCS and many more. TCS, L&T and Infosys are mass recruiters here. College is good in all parameters compared to other private colleges.

Placements: If you are good then you will get a good placement. Vellore campus will get more companies then any VIT campus. Some of my seniors also got good packages like 12LPA,13LPA. So overall placement is good in VIT. There are 3 types of offers given to students in VIT. They are Super Dream (above 10LPA), Dream (above 6LPA), Core (Above 3LPA). Mostly super dream companies are product based companies.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is quite good in VIT. Hostels are more spacious and clean. Wi-Fi is available with decent speed and data limit. Hostels are available 1-6 sharing options with AC and Non-AC facility. Classrooms are provided with projectors and have nice benches. Library is also quite large with 65000 books. There is a separate mess for north and south students with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Special mess option is also available. Other than these campus also contains canteens, restaura...

Placements: A lot of students got placed in dream and super dream companies from 2022 passing batch. Companies such as Microsoft, motorq, Amazon and other dream companies arrived for internships. Only issue here was that CGPA was considered the starting factor for short listings. Besides that everyone gets an opportunity.

Placements: The minimum salary offered is easily Rs. 30,000 per month. Super dream jobs are also good to get. There is special training for placements from the 1st semester, which is very good, and it helps you to get a job easily. The aptitude helps us to grow our ability.

Infrastructure: Academic facilities and infrastructure are excellent here. It provides Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms and a library. The hostels and hostel washrooms are dirty and poorly maintained. The mess is pretty good, and it offers decent food.

Placements: Almost all the students got placed in my course (above 90%). The average package offered in electrical and electronics is 6.6 LPA approximately.
