VIT Vellore Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,

Placements: Around 80% of the students were placed. The highest salary package offered was 48 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 5 LPA. Microsoft, Wipro, TCS, and many other companies visit the campus. Roles offered were as a web developer and software developer.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is low, and that's the worst part. I don't about facilities as we are studying online.

Placements: Not at all overrated placements, if you do good, then you will get good enough placements. Vellore campus will offer higher placements than any other campus. 3-4 seniors are my friends and they were very happy with the overall experience of placements with university!

Infrastructure: Upright No.1 in my opinion. Mind-blowing big campus. Legit 0 compromises in this field. The classrooms, libraries, labs etc. Are very good, we also have free wi-fi with good enough speed (some websites are restricted). The hostels are clean and good. Laundry services are also provided and included in hostel fees. The mess is really good, they use really good quality groceries to make our food, the food tastes good too and there are options available like North Indian, South Indian so now worries...

Placements: From M.Tech (integrated), about 85%-90% of the students get placed in many product-based companies. From this course, all students will get internships because, in the 4th year, many reputed companies visit our college and hire students for internships for 10 months. About 90% of the students get PPOs in those companies. If you do not get an internship or PPO, there are less than 10% chances. VIT will tell you to make another plan of joining service-based companies.

Placements: I am about to attend placements in the upcoming years, but it has started training from now itself, and it is going good. All classes are informative and useful. We are also attending soft skill classes now.

Infrastructure: Our college has a good infrastructure. In the hostel, there is a good environment, which is helpful to concentrate on the course. The hostel facilities are good and hygienic. Mess food is worth the money.

Placements: I am a final-year student at VIT. The salary packages vary. It also depends on whether you got placed in the core domain or software field. If you are good at coding and crack the exam of a software company, you can get up to 40+ LPA. But I won't give any false hopes here. You will not get discarded from any of the technical, cultural or placement activities of any campus. Placements: The placements in our college are very good compared to others. Mostly, the companies expect students to have 8+ CGPA, but the super dream companies expect 9+ CGPA. The companies like TCS, CTS, Infosys, and Accenture will interview the students with 9+ CGPA, and sometimes, they may expect 8.5+ too. So, one must maintain at least 8.5 CGPA.

Infrastructure: I have not visited the campus until now, so I don't know about Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms and a library. However, from what I heard from our seniors, all facilities are good at VIT. The infrastructure is very good. The food served is good.

Placements: When I interacted with our seniors about their placements, they said placements in VIT are really privileged compared to other colleges as many of them got placed in mass recruiters with dream offers and super dream offers through campus placements. The average package offered to undergraduate students can vary from 4-5 LPA, as it purely depends on CGPA (cumulative grade point average) and the communication skills of students. Placements: If you are good then you will get a good placement. Vellore campus will get more companies then any VIT campus. Some of my seniors also got good packages like 12LPA,13LPA. So overall placement is good in VIT. There are 3 types of offers given to students in VIT. They are Super Dream (above 10LPA), Dream (above 6LPA), Core (Above 3LPA). Mostly super dream companies are product based companies.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is quite good in VIT. Hostels are more spacious and clean. Wi-Fi is available with decent speed and data limit.
