Yes, IREF offers MBA and Postgraduate Diploma level programmes in the field of Real Estate Management. The popular courses at IREF are MBA in Real Estate, Construction and Finance Management, Master’s Program in Real Estate Business Construction and Finance Management, Post Graduate Certification in Real Estate Valuation (IL) and more. All the degree courses at IREF are offered in affiliation with Shri Venkateshwara College.
There are multiple certificate and degree programmes offered at IRED. The duration of the courses varies widely depending on the program. Short-term courses can last a few weeks, while full-time degree programs long for two to three years.
IREF is a wide platform that provides a diversity of courses. The major drawback of the platform is the cost of their courses. The programmes at IREF can be expensive for some of the freshers and unemployed students as the UG level courses cost above INR 2 lakh.
