Free SAP Courses
Over 100 courses from the former openSAP platform are now available for free on the SAP Learning website. SAP is an enterprise wide solution that is a staple for any company going through digital transformation to make operations of all departments more efficient. SAP certifications for these are highly reputed in various industries, including healthcare and manufacturing. In the last two years or so, the SAP ecosystem has entirely migrated to SAP S/4HANA making businesses train their staff with the cloud environment of the software. So there is a skillgap, particularly, among SAP consultants who need to focus on training and acquiring the latest certifications.
If you have the SAP Universal ID with at least two linked email accounts, you will find in your profile whether the certification is approaching its expiry date or not. If the status shows ‘Valid’ you need not prepare for the SAP certification renewal exam. To validate your credential to expire soon, you can take the short, unproctored quiz (unlimited attempts) to extend your certification.
SAP training generally lasts from two to six months. Learners and professionals on SAP community and Reddit threads do have a greater consensus that SAP is easy to learn, but hard to master. You can learn basic functionality and configuration of SAP on your own with free tutorials, but how the modules interact with each other and how you can implement requirements for your organisations will require some formal training that come with verifiable certifications.
