MANAGE - A home away from home.

Placements: For the recent batch that graduated in 2018, the maximum CTC offered stood at Rs. 16 LPA and average CTC at Rs.8.56 LPA. MANAGE has been having 100% placements record since its inception in 1996. Some of the companies for summers, winters and final placements are ITC-ABD, Yes Bank, PwC Corporation, FMC Corporation, Coromandel International Limited, KRIBHCO, Netafim, HDFC Bank Limited, Britannia Industries Limited, BASK, UPL, ADM, Adama Agricultural Solutions, ICRISAT, NCDEX and many more. Major Agribusiness companies have recruited PGDM (ABM) students of MANAGE as management trainees and middle level managers, besides providing summer placement opportunities. Major sectors from which placement demands have been coming forth include agri-inputs, retail, commodity, procurement, consultancy etc.

Infrastructure: We have a lush green campus spread over 17 hectares. All the lecture halls are air-conditioned and well-equipped with advanced sounds and display systems. The campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled and we also have a modern computer lab. There's a library with all books, magazines and publications to support our studies and interests. We have a modern sports complex - badminton, squash and gym facilities together, courts for tennis, basketball and volleyball too in the campus. Indoor sports facilities include table tennis, snooker, chess and carrom. MANAGE provides top accommodation facilities to all the students, with separate hostels for girls and boys - rooms are twin shared with attached bathrooms,. Rooms are serviced daily, hot water facilities and washing machines are also provided, The mess provides tasty and healthy meals along with snacks and hot beverages 3-4 times a day. Both veg and non-veg are served.

Faculty: In the UG curriculum, with a little focus on development of managerial skills, our young agriculture and allied graduates find It difficult to function effectively as managers in firms. The PGDM (ABM) course at MANAGE is aimed at enabling meritorious graduates acquire the critical competencies to function as effective and top managers in firms. We have highly qualified internal faculty members and visiting faculty members from top management schools in India like Iims, XLRI and IITs. Further, faculty members from the world famous University of Michigan gives course lectures at MANAGE. MANAGE has been ranked as the best sectoral B-School (Agribusiness) in India, 3rd best B-School in South India and 11th best B-School in terms of returns on investment by Outlook Drshti survey 2018.

Other: Its a wonderful campus life here! Every single festival is celebrated joyously. When it comes to enjoying, there's nothing like the celebrations hosted by the cultural committee, when it comes to sports, there's the fighting spirit- be it Zenith (intra-college) or Olympus (inter-college). Placements: MANAGE is known for its 100% placements be it the summer placement or the final placements. The average package has been increasing year by year. The different sectors which come for recruitment includes Agri input, Banking, Consultancy, FMCG, and Microfinance.

Infrastructure: MANAGE has the best infrastructure be it classrooms or the hostel. There are separate boys and girls hostels with best facilities. The hostels are fully furnished and give the students a feel at home. There are facilities for indoor and outdoor games which includes table tennis, snookers, squash and basketball. The classrooms are well-equipped with which gives a great learning experience. The hostel food is comparatively good. There is a doctor available in campus in case of emergency.

Faculty: The course includes a mix of all the subjects required for a manager. Most of the courses are taken through means of case studies which makes it easier for the students to gain a better insight. Most of the facilities are external faculty members who come from reputed institutes like XLRI, ISB and Iims. There are 2 internship programs which will let the students to get an industrial exposure.

Other: MAMAGE is a place where you get to know about different cultures across the country. There is a huge diversity among the students. Various events are hosted by the students which includes sports fests, B-fests etc. MANAGE lies in an lush green area which adds beauty to the campus.

NIAEM is Microcosm of corporate world.

Placements: NIAEM is having 100% placements since its inception, likewise, 2016-18 & 2017-19 batches have secured 100% placements maintaining institutes legacy. The average package offered was 8.56 LPA. A total of 45 companies visited NIAEM for the academic year 2017-18 to offer jobs & Summer internship projects in their esteemed organizations. Initially, the companies recruit students as management trainees. Entire PGDM ABM is a student-driven programme.

Infrastructure: NIAEM is in 17 hectares of green lush campus with good infrastructure and modern classrooms, seminar halls. The campus also has Library and Wi-Fi connectivity. Student Hostels are very well maintained and hygienic. No infrastructure issues were found in the campus as the management takes continuous renovation activities Sports facilities with Badminton, Lawn tennis, Squash, Basketball, Volleyball, courts & indoor games like Table tennis, Snookers, Carrom, Chess & Gymnasium etc. Yoga classes will also be held in the campus.

Faculty: Well qualified and renowned faculty plays a major role in building a strong academic base and equipping the professionals. Teaching methods like Case solving and activity based learning which is essential for management students is being practised by the faculty. Renowned faculty in the country also visit NIAEM for delivering lectures and for organising various workshops. Visits to various industries, Agricultural Co-operative societies and local Mandi's will give a lot of exposure to students.

Other: Many extracurricular activities like LIT-O-MELANGE, recreational activities are also conducted in NIAEM for showcasing various talents in students.

Worthwhile to join learn and explore, satisfied with the faculty, 100% placements.

Placements: Ever since the institution has started it has been witnessing 100% placements with successful careers. The final placements for our batch are yet to happen and the summer placements for the current batch are 100%. Our seniors had successfully completed their final placements (100%), with the diversity in the sectors they've been placed. The highest salary stood at 16 Lacs CTC, while the lowest stood at 7 Lacs and the average being at 8 Lacs. Companies like ITC Ltd. , Coromandel International Ltd. , ABRL, BASF, Nagarjuna Fertilisers, IDBI bank, CropIn, and government. Companies like KRIBHCO and NCCF etc. , visited the campus for final recruitment. There is a placement cell that works efficiently for the betterment of the placements and to continue the legacy of the institution to maintain 100% placements. As mentioned earlier the summers had witnessed its 100% placements and the average stipend stood at 18,000 per month and the highest was at 70,000 per month and the lowest at 10,000 per month.

Infrastructure: The campus is facilitated with Wi-Fi with a speed of 72Mbps, the classrooms are well-equipped with the latest technology. We have well-equipped courts for almost all games including outdoor and indoor games and sports. We have well maintained canteen available and we get delicious and hygienic food. The hostel is also facilitated with Wi-Fi. A room per two students is the allotment. We faced a few infrastructure related issues, but they were soon addressed by the management.

Faculty: Most of the faculty here in the institute are visiting faculty from the prestigious institutes such as IITs, Iims, and XLRIs, NMIMS etc. Yes the faculty were helpful and knowledgeable. We get industry exposure during our summers, Winters live project and a few visits in the second year to the nearby firms to understand the management skills. The course curriculum is designed in a fashion such that it covers all the aspects of agribusiness environment.

Other: There are a lot of clubs and committees, that are formed within a class to organize various events. There are intra and inter colleges fests conducted every year and the rewards are given in the form of cash and goodies.

All that you need to know about MANAGE.

Placements: MANAGE has a record of 100% placements since inception. Different companies from agri input sector, development sector, procurement sector, banking sector, retail sector visit the campus. The highest placement for this year was Rs 16 LPA. The median stood at Rs 8 LPA.

Infrastructure: MANAGE is a fully residential campus. It has lot of greenery around itself which makes this place a beautiful home to live. It is like a home away from home. It has well build classrooms, along with all the audio visual aids. It has a library which is updated as per the current scenario. It has Wi-Fi access across the campus and the hostel facilities are also good.

Faculty: We have a good range of visiting faculty members coming from different reputed B schools having expertise in the particular subject. The course curriculum is so structured so as to cover all the things needed to be taught in the years time. It has two months of summer internship project, one month of live project also called as winter internship and a 10 day village visit programme at the end of the course.

Other: MANAGE believes in unity in diversity and hence have students from different states and different university all across India. It is one of the finest education platform for pursuing an PGDM-ABM. We have Krishi Chanakya as our B-Fest.

Placements: National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management popularly known as MANAGE has got a record of 100% placements since the inception of Agri Business Management programme in 1996. The students from the previous batch of 2016-18 has got the 100% placement and the highest being 16 LPA and the average package was 8.56 Lacs and the majority students being placed in Agricultural input sector rest of them were placed across various sectors of Banking, Micro finance, Retail, Agri services etc. The current batch has also got its Summer internships across various sectors of Agricultural Input, Banking, Micro finance, Retail etc. The number of companies visiting the campus is being increased consistently and there by giving students a wide range of options to choose their career.

Infrastructure: MANAGE has got the very neat and decent infrastructure facilities for its students. There is a separate hostel for Boys and Girls. The amphi theatre style classrooms are properly ventilated and air conditioned. In order to equip students with the proper computer knowledge MANAGE has got a Computer lab and is a Wi-Fi enabled campus. The institute has a library with modern editions of the latest management books. The hostel rooms are usually twin shared and are properly ventilated. To keep the students fit, MANAGE has got a Gymnasium and a Indoor court for Badminton, Squash etc. In addition to that facilities for Basketball, Snooker, table tennis etc.

Faculty: In order to make its students the future bright Managers, the administration has taken its top priority to give its students the best faculty in respected areas. Including the internal available faculty, MANAGE has the visiting faculty from the best of the institutes such as XLRI, Iims, IMTs etc. The course curriculum is designed to get the best of the academics.
