It was highly interactive with live instructor led sessions, quizzes, case studies and submissions. The key learnings were the STAR methodology, ORCE approach, various biases and BEI preparation and guide. It is not only useful for an HR professional but also for a functional manager to assess and provide constructive development feedback to team members. Highly recommended.

Faculty: Participants were from India and abroad. Break out rooms were created for role plays. Faculties were knowledgeable and experienced. Study material was available in the LMS. Assignments were to be submitted in the LMS.
