About ICTRD
The Maharashtra-based independent organisation ICTRD promotes the nation’s technological development through various initiatives and collaborations. These include technical research, publications, internationally graded exams, globally recognised certifications, ‘educate-and-earn’ schemes, and social events for startups and scientific advancement.
Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar University and PLINO are among the two major ICTRD collaborations for project management, entrepreneurship, and the latest IT certifications. ICTRD also currently provides two in-house certifications in business management and digital marketing.
Students, institutions, and working professionals can join ICTRD under different memberships to obtain official IDs and benefits.

The ICTRD certification exams must be taken within a 12-month period of enrolling in a course.
ICTRD provides memberships to students, institutions, individuals, and teachers under different pricing tiers ranging from INR 600 to INR 5500. These tiers have their benefits, particularly with the institutional paid membership that provides free exams for its courses. Members in the other pricing tiers need to pay for the exams. Other than that, anyone can directly pay for the exam registration for ICTRD’s own certification programmes, including the Digital Marketing Expert and Premiership in Business Management.

ICTRD offers a variety of certifications and courses, and some are offered in partnership with recognised partners for different career development areas.
On its own, it offers detailed courses on digital marketing, AI/ML, Flutter, Business Management, and Python.
It has two partners - CIII and Plino.

ICTRD, or the Indian Council for Technical Research and Development, has developed two certification programmes with exams. One is a Digital Marketing Expert, and the other is a Premiership in Business Management.

1. PASHU/ICTRD
Other than these, it partners with Maharashtra-recognised state institution - Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar University. With this partnership, it offers certificate programmes in entrepreneurship development, project management, and business management. There are two diplomas - cybersecurity and business management (at the executive level). Registrations are closed for the moment.
2. PLINO
PLINO is another Maharashtra-based organisation offering over 30 IT certifications and exams. ICTRD offers these in collaboration.

ICTRD certification exams are held entirely online, and the questionnaire contains only 30 objective questions with 4 to 6 options to be completed within 1 hour. The answers contain 2 marks each.
