SOIL provides three types of programs.

1. PGPM in Business and Leadership: The one-year PGPM program’s curriculum is designed to quickly and thoroughly prepare participants for a career in a global business environment. The compressed time frame, reliance on group assignments, and clear focus on global leadership and contemporary business themes and challenges reflect the aim.
2. PGPM in Human Resources: SOIL’s one-year PGPM in HR focuses on developing HR Leaders with a global perspective who are equipped to handle the workload of an HR Manager/professional in various industries and situations. The program allows individuals to develop a high level of self-awareness regarding their leadership style, thus making them better prepared for their new role.
3. PGDM: The PGDM at SOIL is typically a two-year full-time course designed to prepare students for leadership roles in business.
