IBS Hyderabad Online Courses 2026

IBS Hyderabad admission to MBA course is based on IBSAT score. IBSAT or IBS Aptitude Test  is a national-level entrance exam conducted by ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (deemed to be University) for admission to MBA course. IBSAT is a two-hour Computer-based test (CBT) comprising multiple-choice questions. IBSAT is a computer-based test that is generally conducted over a window of two days in December.

Candidates who have qualified any of the accepted national-level entrance exams like CAT/ NMAT/ GMAT/ XAT are exempted from appearing for IBSAT. IFHE offers Merit Scholarship to the students pursuing BBA course. The scholarships are based on past academic record in Class 12 and semester-wise performance during the BBA course.

• Merit scholarships based on past academic record:

Students of IBS Hyderabad are awarded merit scholarships based on aggregate in Class 12 or equivalent. These scholarships will continue semester after semester only if the students maintain a minimum 6.0 GPA in the previous semester. The details are as presented in the following table.

The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (The IFHE), Hyderabad — a Deemed University conducts IBSAT for admission to MBA programme. IBSAT is an online aptitude test taken from home. The test assesses the candidate's skills in Quantitative Techniques, Data Interpretation, Data Adequacy, Vocabulary, Analytical Reasoning, and Reading Comprehension.

IBS Hyderabad admission to BBA course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. The shortlisted candidates are further called for a personal interview round. The selected applicants will be given the selection letter on the date of interview and will be given provisional admission. The provisional admission is subject to payment of admission fee. Applicants who have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination with at least 50% aggregate and above in English Medium can apply for IBS Hyderabad BBA course. 

Yes, aspirants with a valid CAT score can apply for IBS Hyderabad MBA course. Additionally, candidates with a 60 percentile and above CAT score are exempted from writing the IBSAT 2023 exam. Download of application form: Those willing to download the filled-in form and submit the hard copy can also do so by downloading the form from the same source as mentioned above and sending it to the ‘Admission Office’ along with a demand draft.

Download the empty form: A blank application form can also be downloaded in a similar manner as mentioned in the previous point and submitted with a DD.

IBS Hyderabad application process is both online and offline modes. To submit offline applications, candidates can visit the campus in person. For MBA course admission, candidates shall qualify for IBSAT. Eligible candidates can apply for IBSAT to take admission. Application for MBA Weekend course is made online along with a registration fee of INR 900 payable through net banking. Candidates must pass Class 12 or equivalent with at least 60% aggregate in English Medium to apply for BBA at IBS Hyderabad. If an applicant is found ineligible even at a later date, after admission into the course is cancelled.

The modes of ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad course admissions are online and offline. Admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses is based on merit, entrance exam scores, and interview rounds. At the postgraduate level, the ICFAI Business School Hyderabad offers two-year MBA programme. 

BBA is a three-year course offered by IBS Hyderabad. The duration of BBA is divided into six semesters. The duration of BBA (Hons) is four-years. The programme consists of 44 courses (of which 37 are compulsory, 5 are elective and 2 are of soft skills). For BBA (Hons) degree, aspirants need to complete four-years. Additionally, there are two summer internship programmes, one at the end of the first year and the second at the end of the second year to provide corporate exposure to the students. IBSAT is a Remote Proctored Computer Based Test which can be taken from home. It has 140 MCQs. Test duration is 2 hours. The test is divided into four sections Verbal Ability, Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Ability and Data Adequacy & Data Interpretation. IBSAT is scheduled In the month of December.
