IBS Hyderabad Admission 2026 (Open): Dates, Fees, IBSAT, Eligibility

Aspirants who are selected based on their scores in entrance test also need to pass Micro Presentation and PI round for MBA. IBS Hyderabad panel conducts interview for five to seven minutes. The panel evaluates the candidate's attitude, clarity of thoughts, communication skills, awareness of current affairs, and their overall readiness for a career in Management.

IBS Hyderabad admissions are open. Currently, the applications are open for MBA programme. Candidates can apply online on the official website of the university. The application fee for MBA programme is INR 1,800. Besides, aspirants can also apply offline for admission at IBS Hyderabad. Admission to courses is both merit and entrance-based.

The programme fee for IBS Hyderabad MBA course is INR 16.21 lakh. Candidaes need to pay fee after completion of the selection rounds to confirm their seat in the institute. Selected candidates need to pay an admission fee of INR 80,000 for MBA course. In case an aspirant is unable to pay fee within the stipulated time, his or her admission stands cancelled. Apart from the admission fee, aspirants also need to pay a fee of INR 1,800 for IBSAT bulletin.

A pass in Class 12 or equivalent examination with at least 50% aggregate and above in English Medium is required to apply for IBS Hyderabad BBA course. Aspirants must fulfill the minimum age requirements as prescribed by the respective board via which the student has appeared for the qualifying exam. Candidates meeting the educational requirements can fill out the application form for IBS Hyderabad admission.

Candidates must pass Class 12 or equivalent with at least 60% aggregate in English Medium to apply for BBA at IBS Hyderabad. If an applicant is found ineligible even at a later date, after admission into the course is cancelled.

Candidates who have passed graduation (any discipline) with 50% and above marks, with English as the medium of instruction and Post-graduation (full-time) with 55% and above marks in Management, Allied disciplines and Professional Qualifications are eligible to apply for PhD in Management at IBS Hyderabad.

IBSAT is a national level exam conducted by ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (deemed to be University) for admission to MBA/ PGPM courses. IBSAT 2024 registration will commence in first week of July 2024 and candidates will be able to register themselves on the official website at general.ibsindia.org. IBSAT scores are accepted by nine ICFAI Business Schools (IBS), namely IBS Hyderabad, IBS Mumbai, IBS Bengaluru, IBS Pune, IBS Gurgaon, IBS Kolkata, IBS Ahmedabad, IBS Jaipur, and IBS Dehradun. IBS Hyderabad application process is both online and offline modes. To submit offline applications, candidates can visit the campus in person. For MBA course admission, candidates shall qualify for IBSAT. Eligible candidates can apply for IBSAT to take admission. Application for MBA Weekend course is made online along with a registration fee of INR 900 payable through net banking. IFHE offers Merit Scholarship to the students pursuing BBA course. The scholarships are based on past academic record in Class 12 and semester-wise performance during the BBA course.

• Merit scholarships based on past academic record:

Students of IBS Hyderabad are awarded merit scholarships based on aggregate in Class 12 or equivalent. These scholarships will continue semester after semester only if the students maintain a minimum 6.0 GPA in the previous semester. The details are as presented in the following table.

ICFAI Business School offers IBSAT scholarships for various course students. This scholarship is provided to students who are top performers in the IBSAT test. The scholarship is available for those students who are applying for the MBA/PGPM programme and are taking the IBSAT test. IBSAT 2026 registrations will commence tentatively on July 01. Candidates seeking admission to MBA/PGDM programme of ICFAI Business School campuses can fill the online application form on or before the last date. IBSAT 2026 application form last date will be notified. Candidates filling the IBSAT application form 2026 must ensure to fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria, failing which their candidature will stand cancelled. As per the IBSAT eligibility criteria, a candidate must be a graduate with a required minimum percentage. Also, candidates appearing in the final examination ofa  qualifying degree will be eligible for IBSAT exam. Only candidates who complete the application form and pay the application fee will be issued the IBSAT admit card.
