IBS Hyderabad Course Admissions 2026 (Open): Dates, Fees, IBSAT, Eligibility

Aspirants who are selected based on their scores in entrance test also need to pass Micro Presentation and PI round for MBA. IBS Hyderabad panel conducts interview for five to seven minutes. The panel evaluates the candidate's attitude, clarity of thoughts, communication skills, awareness of current affairs, and their overall readiness for a career in Management.

IBS Hyderabad admissions are open. Currently, the applications are open for MBA programme. Candidates can apply online on the official website of the university. The application fee for MBA programme is INR 1,800. Besides, aspirants can also apply offline for admission at IBS Hyderabad. Admission to courses is both merit and entrance-based.

The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (The IFHE), Hyderabad — a Deemed University conducts IBSAT for admission to MBA programme. IBSAT is an online aptitude test taken from home. The test assesses the candidate's skills in Quantitative Techniques, Data Interpretation, Data Adequacy, Vocabulary, Analytical Reasoning, and Reading Comprehension.

The programme fee for IBS Hyderabad MBA course is INR 16.21 lakh. Candidaes need to pay fee after completion of the selection rounds to confirm their seat in the institute. Selected candidates need to pay an admission fee of INR 80,000 for MBA course. In case an aspirant is unable to pay fee within the stipulated time, his or her admission stands cancelled. Apart from the admission fee, aspirants also need to pay a fee of INR 1,800 for IBSAT bulletin.

Candidates need to pass Class 12 or equivalent examination with at least 50% aggregate and above in English Medium to apply for IBS Hyderabad BBA course. Aspirants must also meet the minimum age requirements as prescribed by the respective board via which the student has appeared for the qualifying exam. If an applicant is found ineligible even at a later date, after admission into the programme will be cancelled.

Applicants who have appeared for Class 12 or equivalent and awaiting results are also eligible to apply provided they are done with their exams (including practical exams).

Candidates who have passed graduation (any discipline) with 50% and above marks, with English as the medium of instruction and Post-graduation (full-time) with 55% and above marks in Management, Allied disciplines and Professional Qualifications are eligible to apply for PhD in Management at IBS Hyderabad.

IBS Hyderabad application process is both online and offline modes. To submit offline applications, candidates can visit the campus in person. Application for MBA Weekend course is made online along with a registration fee of INR 900 payable through net banking. The total fee for the BBA programme of IBS Hyderabad is sum of various components. Some of the components included in the fee structure are tuition fee, admission fee, security deposit, etc. IBS Hyderabad BBA tuition fee is INR 11.2 lakh and the one-time fee is INR 30,000. Students have to submit the first semester or the admission fee amount to lock their seats. It must be noted that the mentioned intake is as per the official website/ sanctioning body. It is however still subject to changes and hence, is indicative.

Candidates who have completed Class 12 or equivalent examination with at least 50% aggregate and above can apply for IBS Hyderabad BCom course. Besides, IBS provides admission to BCom course based on merit in the last qualifying exam followed by a personal interview round. IFHE offers Merit Scholarship to the students pursuing BBA course. The scholarships are based on past academic record in Class 12 and semester-wise performance during the BBA course.

• Merit scholarships based on past academic record:

Students of IBS Hyderabad are awarded merit scholarships based on aggregate in Class 12 or equivalent. These scholarships will continue semester after semester only if the students maintain a minimum 6.0 GPA in the previous semester. The details are as presented in the following table.

Note: The above scholarship amount is adjusted equally in six instalments across each semester fee.

ICFAI Business School offers IBSAT scholarships for various course students. This scholarship is provided to students who are top performers in the IBSAT test. The scholarship is available for those students who are applying for the MBA/PGPM programme and are taking the IBSAT test. Children of IBS alumni applying for the MBA/PGPM programme are awarded Scholarships For Wards of IBS Alumni provided the student clears the IBSAT exam.

Candidates seeking admission to BBA course of IBS Hyderabad must meet the prescribed eligibility criteria. Students who are Class 12 or equivalent pass with a minimum of 50% aggregate can apply.
