Richard Hall is the Deputy Dean of Leadership and Executive Education. His research is in management and organisational studies, including leadership, technology and organisational change and the future of work. He is the Co-editor of Leadership Development and Practice, and his research has been published internationally.

Associate Professor Jonathan Matheny

Jonathan Matheny is the Director of Program Development for Leadership and Executive Education. He leads the development of new programs and teaches personal development, leadership and organisational change. He has led academic programs and lectures across North America, Europe and Asia.

Tips: Monash University is one of top rated universities in Australia and around the world. That being said, the fees they charge don't justify it. Alternatively, you can study from lower tier universities around Australia and have the same quality of education and job prospects.

Likes (Safety): There's good security around the campus with plenty of security around the campus. There are help/SOS points spread across the campus, making it easier for students to get help in case of an emergency. They also have transportation options to get you home after hours.

Dislikes (Internships): Monash University doesn't help students find internships for Business courses. Although they do have an industry experience option as a unit. They don't have placement options either to help make it easier for students to find their first job in Australia.
