Dissatisfied because of placements.

Placements: Around 25–30% of students in my course were placed. The package offered to MBA and MCA students was about 16 LPA. Students who completed B.A., B.Sc., and B.Com received packages of around 2.5–3 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Wipro, TCS, HDFC Bank, and Infosys, but recruitment opportunities in my course were very limited. About 40–45% of students got internships from my course. The roles offered included Counsellor, HR Executive, Assistant, Behaviour Therapist, Project Coordinator in NGOs, and similar positions.

Infrastructure: There was everything available in my department, including Wi-Fi, labs, smart classrooms, and a well-stocked library. There were separate hostels for boys and girls. Rooms were generally shared by 2–3 students. Wi-Fi, mess facilities, drinking water, and security services were available. The campus was very large. The food quality in the mess was average.

Faculty: Teachers were knowledgeable, experienced, and supportive. But there were issues with syllabus completion. Sessions were often delayed. The course was partly curriculum-relevant, but industry readiness was limited. The exams were easy to moderate and not highly difficult. The passing percentage was 33%.

Other: I chose this course because it helped me understand human behavior, emotions, personality, learning, motivation, and mental processes. I did not want to improve anything about the course and liked everything about it. Events were organized, but they were fewer and smaller compared to those at private universities. These included annual days, freshers' parties, Independence Day, Republic Day celebrations, etc. Scholarships were also provided, especially for girls.

Good faculty and affordable fees.

Placements: Around 20 to 30 percent of students who sit for interviews get placed from our course. Companies like TCS and Wipro visit the campus for recruitment. The highest package is around 4 LPA and the average package is 2.5 LPA. For internships most students search on their own off-campus.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is decent. Classrooms are big with proper fans and lights. The college library is very good and has all the necessary books for our course. Wi-Fi is there but the speed is low. The campus environment is neat and clean but some old buildings need renovation. It has a large ground for playing cricket and football.

Faculty: Teachers are very good and very supportive. Their teaching quality is good and they clear all doubts. The curriculum is relevant and helps in industry readiness. Semester exams are average in difficulty and if you study well you can easily pass. Pass percentage is around 60 percent.

Other: The best thing about this college is that it is highly affordable and offers total value for money. The campus crowd is friendly and connectivity is good. The management should improve the office work speed. Cultural events and sports activities happen every year.

Extremely satisfied with Magadh University.

Placements: Magadh University has recently done a large number of placements in March. Top companies are Airtel, Reliance Communications, Tata Motors, Microsoft, etc. The highest package is 16 LPA and the lowest is 10 LPA. My course is a Bachelor's degree.

Infrastructure: Magadh University spreads over a very large area. There is a well-designed parking, modern-day classrooms, fully AC labs, library facilities, and CCTVs are installed along the university campus. Mess and canteen facilities are also available. All indoor and outdoor games are available.

Faculty: All professors of this university are highly qualified, well-experienced, and knowledgeable too. They have more than 25 years of experience in teaching. The teaching method of each professor is very easy to understand. They teach in both media. So there is no barrier in language.

Magadh University is a good university.

Placements: Magadh University is good for regular or vocational courses but not for getting a placement from here. Last year out of 200 students at least two got placed in the Tata Motors company with package of 7 LPA and 8 LPA who are associated with the information technology department.

Infrastructure: However Magadh University does not do up to mark in placement but in terms of infrastructure and campus area no one can beat it. All premium facilities are available for students. There are mess, canteen, all games (indoor and outdoor games), a high-speed Wi-Fi, etc.

Faculty: My course is a Bachelor's degree in commerce. There are a total of eight semesters in my course. Some course curriculum is relevant as they make students ready for placement offered by the campaign. All teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. Exams are not difficult to pass.

It is a budget-friendly university.

Placements: Magadh University is a good university for placements. Some students get placements at an average package of 12 LPA. A few years ago, this university was known for delayed academic sessions, but now all courses are conducted on time. According to my view, Magadh University is decent and budget-friendly.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Magadh University is attractive and well designed. The campus is protected by CCTV cameras and is very neat and clean. Fully AC lab rooms and library are available. A mess and canteen are available for breakfast and dinner, but some issues can be improved in the taste.

Faculty: Magadh University provides experienced teachers for all courses. Many teachers have around 20 years of teaching experience. Their teaching style is very good. The medium of teaching is both Hindi and English. Notes are also available in both languages. So there is no language barrier.
