Company secretary a Key Managerial Personnel.
Placements: Placements are conducted for executive and professional passed students for internships and jobs, the student usually gets the internship by himself or through the ICSI placement portal where big companies list vacancies. The stipend can range between 10000-30000 INR.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is A+ quality with well-equipped air conditioners and seating arrangements in the campus of the Pune chapter. There are even good mics and podium, and headlamps for understanding things practically. Overall I just love the campus.
Faculty: The faculty are mostly company secretaries and lawyers of top-notch level who come leaving their busy schedule to give their knowledge to the students, the exams are conducted 2times a year which has a 6months of gap after every attempt, the exams are quite hard .

I would recommend joining this college, and I am proud to be a company secretary.
Placements: Many students who cleared the executive level got placed in top companies and firms like Reliance Industries, Bata India, United spirits, Axis Bank, Nestle, etc., to execute their training.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college has good air conditioning facilities and seating arrangements. The food is worth the money paid. Projectors and podiums are well-equipped, and the sound quality is good.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and kind. They guide us and increase our confidence level. Exams are difficult, but we can pass. Almost 75% of students pass exams.
Other: I opted for this course because I am interested in theory and law subjects. Through this course, students can collaborate with high-level authority. Many events are organised in our college.

Executive Programme can be pursued by a graduate of all streams except Fine Arts. Professional Programme can be pursued only after clearing the Executive Programme of CS Course. Executive Programme can be pursued by a graduate of all streams except Fine Arts.

Yes, it is possible to pursue BCom through distance education from your own city and also pursue CS (Company Secretaryship) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) in Delhi.
Distance education for BCom is offered by many universities and colleges in India, and you can choose the one

Candidates who have completed BCom course can take direct admission to the CS Executive course.
To get CS certification, such candidates have to pass Executive and Professional levels to get CS certification. They are not required to give a CS Foundation exam

In order to become company secretary after the 12th, you have to quality an entrance exam CSEET (Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test) which is conducted at the national level.And should have completed 10 ,12

You have to pass three stages in order to become a CS
first is cs foundation
Second is cs executive
And the final stage is cs professional
