    Yes, you can pursue this. You need to either look for CCSU or IGNOU other than regular universities. But now only the first 2 universities would be accepting admissions as the admission process of most of the universities has been completed.

    Hi Aasif, No, without passing 12th you cannot pursue B.Com. Even if you manage to complete B.Com, it will cause problem while applying for job as it will not be considered valid. You can complete your 12th by some open learning school than you can apply for B.Com.
