Hello Harshita, Eligibility for BA is class 12th and not B.Com, hence you can apply for BA without waiting for results for BCom. There is absolutely no issues. You can take admission.

Hello Varsha, Once you obtain your degree of BA, then you need not spend three years again to have another degrees. There are plenty of institutions offering PG diploma or certificate in tourism. I would advise you to go for certificate course first and then decide future while working.
