A review by a student of real estate management course, batch-2017.

Placements: There are opportunities for students who show exceptional talent. This course is for training purposes for professionals. The target is not to be placed, but if shown exceptional talent, one has chances to get placed. The 6-month course involves learning the real estate concepts so well, with live examples that one is capable enough to be hired by a reputed real estate company if attended all classes and understand the minute details.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is the best part for a student to learn. It showcases real-life examples. The concepts which are spoken of in class have to be implemented on the campus. It is always better to see it practically, than just reading theory. Especially, the concept of green building was utilized well.

Faculty: The best part of the course is it is taught by one of the real estate industrialists, Shri Pradip Chopra, P. S. Group. He has shared his real-life experiences and what it takes to be in the industry. He also taught us how to market our offering along with personality development classes. Sometimes, it's the personality which works to crack a deal and not just the property itself.

Other: The library gives us access to the materials to read about the past as well as the latest magazines to know what the current trend is. One has access to read whenever they want. There are a plethora of materials which one could not get tired of.
