Faculty members are not keen enough to deliver their lectures in the best way.
Placements: Students who have a minimum of 60% in academics will get admission here. The lowest salary offered here is Rs. 50,000 per month, while the average salary offered is Rs. 70,000 per month. Jaro Education is the top recruiter which visit our college to recruit students. The highest salary package of 7 LPA was offered by Jaro Education. Above 60% of students did internships in ITC company.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is provided for everyone. Computer labs and also a library are available for every student. Classrooms are also huge so that a maximum of 100 students can accommodate in one single room. I don't stay in the hostel, but my friend stays in the hostel. So according to him, the food served there is hygienic and also good in taste. Medical facilities are also available for everyone when needed. Various sports are played in our college like cricket, volleyball, etc.
Faculty: Teachers here are helpful to students. They are also qualified as they all mostly did their PhD in the subject, so they are knowledge. Their quality is teaching is also good. This course is good enough to provide students with exposure to various industries.
Other: I chose this course because I have heard that while doing this course, students can improve their personality and have more exposure to various industries. I wish that our college should conduct more industrial visits while doing this course. Our college organises 2 types of fests named Renaissace and Udbhav, which are huge fests. Our campus surrounding is good. Scholarships are only available for MBA students but not for PGDM students. Our college also conducts extracurricular activities for students to improve their own skills.

Absulety satisfied, and it is an excellent college.
Placements: STEP-HBTI Kanpur follows a cluster system instead of a day system for placement wherein companies are categorised by function/industry/sector instead of the salary package offered or brand. The college doesn't focus on achieving 100% placements. Its purpose is to provide the best jobs.
Infrastructure: The college provides well-equipped infrastructure with facilities like Wi-Fi, library, sports ground, canteen, and activities area, etc. Almost all facilities are available for the students.
Faculty: Almost all the faculty members in our college are good and friendly. They help every student. They play vital roles in college. Their way of teaching is a little bit different from other colleges. The course curriculum is prescribed AKTU, and it is very useful.
Other: Events like Udbhav, Renaissance, and national conferences are conducted in STEP-HBTI. The college conducts extracurricular activities like sports, cultural and many more.

It is satisfied and excellent.
Placements: Placement of our seniors are very excellent 90%student got the job from the college and the highest salary was 8 lakh and the lowest was 4 Lacs. They got a good role in the famous company with the highest package. Mostly all first year student got the internship from the college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the Science and technology entrepreneurs park Harcourt butler technology institute Kanpur is very nice and library, computer lab, and seminar hall are Wi-Fi connected and also the canteen facilities available for the students in college.
Faculty: Faculty members of the STEP HBTI Kanpur are very friendly and they help every student at any time. They are highly qualified and teaching quality of the teachers are excellent and the course curriculum is very helpful to students and our seniors are helpful.

Please don't take admission in this college, bad experience, not worthy doing PGDM from here.
Placements: Placements of the college for the year 2016-18 were a bit improved as compared to the previous years. The placement coordinator was Dr Satish Chandra Ojha was really an active person and also helps to attract many companies for the placements. Companies such as Airtel was a very vital attraction, but the companies that visited for the students of HR domain were very less. Most of the companies offered for marketing positions.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was average. In PGDM, the HOD was Dr Satish Chandra Ojha who took the initiative to change the look of the classrooms by introducing basic changes like improved curtains, repairing desks and many similar things. He was a good HOD.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members here were really clever who only cares about money rather than the future of the students. Our college has a few good and genuine teachers like Dr. S C Ojha, MS. Ritu, MS. Suchita and MS. Rashmi. A few teachers like Prabhat, Priyanka and Ashish, etc., were really bad faculty members.

I am not satisfied with the education system of this college, and the placements are very bad.
Placements: The placement records of the college are very bad. No company visits here for a placement drive, and even the college is not interested in inviting any company. If any company wants to come for placements, they reject or refuse to call them as the college is not even capable of bearing the expenses of placement drives.
Infrastructure: If we talk about the infrastructure, this college lacks in infrastructure as the building is very old and the college is not capable of maintaining its infrastructure. The facilities here are just okay because no issue is resolved either it is related to classrooms or any other thing.
Faculty: Faculty members are quite good, but they are not interested in taking classes properly and helping students with their studies. The course curriculum is good, and the subjects offered are up to the recent trends and related to the market. The course should also include some practical knowledge.
Other: Udbhav and Renaissance are the events conducted in college.

One of the top-most management colleges in Uttar Pradesh.
Placements: Placements here were quite good. Companies hired the students from our college in a considerable number. Induction programs were excellent to explore the possibility of getting selected. Lots of companies were in the pipeline for the placement programs. Generally, they manage open campus placements. Our college also invites start-ups.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was quite old. The buildings are constructed in the '90s but well-maintained. Classrooms were air-conditioned. The library was highly equipped with books, and an e-library was also available in our college. Our college also has good ground for sports.
Faculty: Our college offers two courses, MBA and PGDM. PGDM was industrial oriented while MBA was theory based. Faculty members here were highly skilled and experienced. They focus on providing practical knowledge as well as theoretical knowledge.
