Jay Rueger

Jay Rueger is a senior tax manager with Ernst & Young’s Business Tax Advisory Group, based in the Central Sub Area. Jay has over fourteen years of public accounting experience. He has broad experience in compliance and consulting, specifically in the areas of federal and multi-state taxation. Jay’s main technical area includes federal and multi-state tax consulting of partnerships, limited liability companies, joint ventures and single member limited liability companies. Jay focuses on serving clients in Ernst & Young’s Strategic Growth Market area, specifically the partnership tax practice including private equity funded and venture capital backed companies. He is involved with partnership transactional planning, structuring and compliance related matters. Jay has served as a technical advisor and instructor of partnership taxation both within the United States and abroad.
