The UG degree admission process entails the basic eligibility criteria of maintaining a minimum aggregate of 40% to 50% in Class 12. For PG level programmes, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in graduation and secure a valid score in suggested entrance exams, depending on the course opted for. The University considers valid scores of entrance exams such as NEET UG/ PG, CEETA, TANCET, TNEA and others. 

Candidates willing to get admission to various postgraduate and undergraduate programmes must apply online on the official website of Annamalai University Chidambaram. Admission to various courses is based on merit and entrance exam scores. The accepted entrance exams are GATE, CEETA, NEET, and others. Candidates must prepare well for the entrance exams. Annamalai University admission process for the BCom course starts with the submission of the application form. The form is available on the official website of the university. To fill out the form, students would be required to submit basic details such as name, contact details, education qualification, etc.

After completion of the application stage, the admission committee constitutes a rank list based on students’ scores in the qualifying examination. Based on this list, students are shortlisted. These students must report to the institute for verification of documents and payment of fees. Successful fee payment completes the admission process.
