Average college life and future.

Placements: There were not many job opportunities in our courses. No companies came to recruit us. There was lack of placement support and departments. Career options after pursuing M.A. geography were mostly government jobs like teacher in SSC UPSC, assistant professor, etc.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for our course were decent. Wi-Fi was not available. Classrooms were too old. Library was present. Basic medical facility was present. Sports facilities were very limited. Canteen was not good at all on the campus.

Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable in their respective domain. Course curriculum was relevant. Students did not know much about the current scenario of jobs. Semester examinations were moderate. Around 70% of students passed.

Placements: About 50% students got placement in the past, with the highest salary package offered being 10 LPA, average 4LPA, and lowest 3 LPA. Some students pursue careers in government sector, like teaching, public sector, or a scientific research organisation.

Infrastructure: Best infrastructure is provided for all students. Wi-Fi, classroom, and library are available. College has good facilities, including modern labs, a high-speed Wi-Fi connection, and separate libraries in all departments. Campus is surrounded by greenery, providing a peaceful learning environment.

Faculty: Teachers are very satisfying and knowledgeable people. Faculty is very experienced and qualified, providing strong academic guidance and monitoring. Course curriculum is updated and better compared to other universities and colleges in Bihar.

Other: Campus is very clean. No violence. Scholarships are available.

A summary of my college, Magadh Mahila .

Placements: Several companies have participated in Patna University placement drives. Notable recruiters include: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), which conducted a BPS Campus Recruitment drive in May 2021; Reliance Retail Limited, which participated in a placement drive in July 2021; and eClerx, which conducted a placement drive for MBA/BBA/M.Com/B.Com students.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the B.Com department is not so good, like we haven't got the smart classroom, and the teacher teaches us on the blackboard. Due to using a lot of chalk and dust, their hands have become rough and their skin damaged. Patna University provides hostel accommodation with essential amenities, including meals. There's an overview of the food quality, menu, hostel registration process, affordability, and information on localities for off-campus housing. Meal Inclusions: Hostel mess facilities offer both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, providing three meals a day.

Faculty: The teachers are all very good and they focus on every student. The teaching quality of the teachers is very good and we understand everything easily. They set the moderate exam papers, which are not very hard to solve and not very easy to solve. Two semesters are conducted within a year.

Other: The B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) degree provides foundation knowledge in commerce, finance, and accounting, which is essential for careers in business, banking, or professional courses like CA, CS, or CMA. The course offers a range of subjects, such as accounting, economics, business law, and taxation, allowing students to explore various career paths. Graduates can easily transition into postgraduate courses like M.Com, MBA, or professional certification.

It is very disappointing because of the faculty members there, otherwise, it is a good experience.

Placements: There are no placement offers in B.A. English Hons. Programme. The course doesn't have a recruitment programme, one has to be good in the studies and has to find jobs and a career on their own efforts. In other programmes, there are placement opportunities, like in the English Communication programme, Radio Patna gives placement offers, and many of my friends went there for internships, and some of them got hired as the Radio Jockey.

Infrastructure: The classrooms and hostel have adequate facilities with free Wi-Fi and sanitation. The library has books of all kinds, from textbooks to novels. The campus is full of greenery, there are different kinds of flowers and plants around the college. The canteen has good sanitation, and the food is delicious and affordable, too.

Faculty: The faculty members are well-qualified and knowledgeable. However, they do not actively participate in the teaching. Many times they would be late to the classes, and often our classes do not happen. The syllabus and curriculum are to the point and very easy to understand.

Other: The course I opted for was because of my interest in literature. Except for education, everything is right there. The college fests are organized incredibly well, and there are lots of events happening throughout my semester. The seniors are interactive and are very helpful.

Good college but not very good. A student who comes from rural areas should choose this college.

Placements: Students who are in 3rd year and 4 semester are eligible to get placement by this college. There are many companies like TCS and many more. All companies' placement gets a minimum 5 LPA package. Placement cell should offer jobs with a package of more than 6 LPA.

Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are very good. The building here is very good. There is a huge building for students. The infrastructure of my college I like very much because it is very large and closer to nature. The traffic in front of my college I dislike because it affects my traveling to my college.

Faculty: One needs to fix the students' future in my college because a B.Sc. or M.Sc. student cannot get a job easily provided by the college. While a B.Tech student can easily get a job after completing the course provided by the college. This is the thing I dislike very much. There are too much exams in my university per month.

Other: The campus is really bad. There is nothing to improve. The infrastructure is not good and lacks maintenance. Even Wi-Fi facility is not available for everyone.

Satisfied with seminars and faculty, but not with infrastructure and administration.

Placements: Very few opportunities are present here. However, there are several chances for BCA statistics and biotech programs, but in the pure domain, there is almost no immediate future can be seen. UPSC and government exams are very famous here for students, so it is comfortable to go with them later.

Infrastructure: Labs are old but highly maintained, there is no increase or decrease in apparatus. Hostels are almost average, political influence is very heavily seen. Faraday house is in worse condition.

Faculty: Faculty are very helpful, they try their best instead of several problems. The curriculum is just a copy of MIT's syllabus without copyright. Exams are conducted regularly and in a very strict manner but results are very delayed. Till the end of sem-2, you can't get the result of your sem-1, however, the results of CIA exams are published on time in major programs. Although the faculty is top-notch, but there is lack of resources, enthusiasm and mutual trust between the faculty and administration.

Other: Top in Bihar, but the lowest in India.
