- Entrance TestShortlisted candidates will be called for Aurora's Management Aptitude Test (AMAT) based on the marks obtained in graduation. Those who have appeared for CAT/ MAT/ XAT exam will be exempted from the entrance test conducted by the Institute.
- Group DiscussionShortlisted candidates will be called for group discussion based on the percentile/ marks obtained in CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ AMAT.
- Personal InterviewShortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview based on the performance in group discussion.
- Final SelectionCandidates are selected based on the previous academic performance, work experience, marks/ percentile obtained in CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ AMAT exam, and performance in two stages- Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
