BCom is one of the best and easiest course to do.
Learning Experience: My course is B.Com, which belongs to the commerce stream. There is some difficulty in understanding the content in the books. However, SOL provides us with books containing easy language to understand, and there is quite low pressure of learning. We can also do another course parallel to it because we do not need to go to college regularly. By doing this course, you can easily become an accountant or get banking jobs in the future. A few times their site does not work properly, but that is not a big issue; they maintain it within time.
Placements: This college is not a regular college; it is the School of Open Learning, in which attending classes regularly is not compulsory. Due to this, after completion of the course, the college does not provide any placement, and no internship is required for it.
Faculty: I am currently studying at the School of Open Learning, University of Delhi, in the B.Com course. It helps me in most things, such as providing books and classes. If there is any query, we can easily contact the head office of SOL. They are very cooperative, and their courses are easy to understand. They even send circulars about exams and college information via SMS to our registered numbers, which helps us the most. My personal experience is very good.
Course Support: I am doing B.Com and do not have any difficulty completing it. This B.Com course helps me in most things, such as providing books and classes. If there is any query, we can easily contact the head office of SOL. They are very cooperative, and their courses are easy to understand. They even send circulars about exams and college information via SMS to our registered numbers, which helps us the most. My personal experience is very good.

Honest review of School of Open Learning, University of Delhi.
Placements: I am from Delhi University SOL, and they don't provide placement. The rest of the colleges of Delhi University provide placements, but the school of open learning does not provide anything, but they organize many events like internships, which are for 3rd year students, which is quite difficult in the process.
Infrastructure: We do not have any specific college. We get classes on Sunday in other colleges of Delhi University, which are taken by the professors there. However, most of the professors are good and they teach well. Our college does not provide any facilities like sports events or hostels. It is a distance college.
Faculty: Teachers are very experienced. Their method of teaching is very good from an exam point of view. According to me, if you are studying through distance, then you should be able to do self-study because in this college you get only 10 to 15 classes, which is not enough. If you are doing self-study, then the time given for studying between exams is sufficient for a normal student, which can be 4 to 5 months .
Other: My fee this year is Rs 9220, which is not justified by the facilities given to me in any way. I had to study from a distance so I chose S.O.L. Talking about campus life, if your Sunday class is being held on the North Campus or South Campus, then you can visit many good places and try some good food.
