yes absolutely. you can continue your third yeear since bsc course duration is only of 3 years and you cannot get the degree by studying for 2 years..

Mumbai University offers distance learning programmes. B.Sc Computer Science is also offered. But, as per me, if you go to pursue it now, you will have to complete the first two years too again in correspondence. Also, try to enquire at IGNOU. They might have some provisions which might help you. Al

Yes, you are eligible for B.Sc in computer science after Diploma in electronics & telecommunication. You might not be eligible for lateral entry in B.SC but you can surely join from 1st year.
