Learning Experience: It gave me a great exposure about managers. How they manage everything and how they coordinate with their team.
Faculty: Faculties are very much trained and proficient in their speaking. They provided us some live examples so that we can remember that for long term
I did online course through Coursera. They are up to date everytime. The course structure is efficietly designed and assignments were there after every video. Assignments are bit complex but overall it was a great experience

Other: In my learning process :
1) How to recruiting the candidates and screening the candidate profile from source of job portals and social media.
2 ) one's candidate to select and after joined the company how to learning work progress and how to improve company their employees is observed.
3 ) In the company how to recognize employees performance after how to appraise the employees with in the way of rewards , incentives, perks,allowances, promotions, increments, good recognition ,etc.
