- Learner will take a strengths-based approach to understand how learner can work with people and not systems

- Learner will unpack how different communities can have very different experiences of healthcare as identify who faces bigger barriers
- With this knowledge, learner will learn how to consider different perspectives in the design and delivery of healthcare services
- To help ensure better care and efficient use of resources, learner will delve into the inclusive engagement practices learner can use in context
- Learner will learn the importance of making people feel heard when learner engage with them
