I suggest you to Canada for non clinical programme and during that study, you take up proper coaching and then write the exam. The reason is no one in India are capable of giving coaching in India as it also covers the medical law of that respective countries.

There are many medical test which is conducted. But there is no mention of physical tests like running. Exercise is mentioned but I think it is pushup may be. For ground work, I think physical fitness is required.
