If you are planning to build a career and own a degree parallelly, then you must go to this one.

Placements: The placement opportunities are tough after the graduation. B.Sc. degree from an open university is just a formality to be fulfilled. It helps to be eligible for appearing in several UPSC exams and other star level exams. It is important to pursue a post-graduate degree in order to have a good knowledge of the study subject.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is supposed to be the best in Patna. The college can have more than one or two storey buildings. It is situated in the Patnas' corporate building, i.e., Biscomaun Bhawan and tower. The buildings are really huge. The university classrooms are on the second floor, and the offices and libraries are on the third floor. The classrooms have fans, tables, chairs, and A/C facility, but I found that the A/C was not working.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful. For theory exams, the books are available. The teachers can help you out on any day, and it is your wish to visit the university. For the practicals also, the university arranges teachers from other renowned institutes to conduct a counselling class before the practical examination. In few cases, the students are also given opportunities to experiment. The faculty is lenient and pure while giving the marks.

Other: The crowd is a common term for any institute. The connectivity is superb. The online portal helps to know the tiny details about any event or examination. The surrounding of the university is Patna's famous Gandhi Maidan and Gol Ghar. I guess scholarship schemes are not prevalent in an open university.

Hello, You have to clear your first year exam in order to proceed to the second year. That is the basic rule of any colleges or universities.

The minimum eligibility criterion for a student to take admission in B.Sc zoology is that the candidate must have studied physics, chemistry, and biology in class 12 and should have attained a minimum of 50% aggregate in 10+2 examinations.
