Sister Nivedita University - the unfiltered experience.
Placements: Personally, studying here, I have not seen anyone getting any "placement opportunity". Even when I asked my senior, they said there was nothing like that. Anyways, while taking admission here, the student counsellors said that students get 20-25 LPA packages, so yes, that's all I have heard and known about the placements.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is only for the faculty members; no labs (moot court is there for law students). In the classrooms, the AC worked twice only for teachers; then it never worked again. The library is there however, important books are reserved for teachers only, and students cannot take them home. I don't stay in the hostel but one of my friends said that she had food poisoning after eating such food and had to be transferred to the hospital.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable, but only a few actually know how to teach in a way students can understand. The rest just come, deliver lectures and go back. Teachers only teaches in white boards. The course curriculum is relevant, but I don't know if it makes us industry ready.
Other: I chose this course because I am good at communication and confident about it. The best things, honestly, were the two teachers who left the college, but they gave the best lessons. Improvement - if teachers could use PPTs, so we can understand in a better way. Events happen a lot, but only go to the known faces.

B.Com LL.B. (Hons) - Batch of 2031

Students have success in life.
Placements: Around 75–80% of students get placed in the corporate sector from our 5-year integrated program. The highest package is 12 LPA. The lowest is 2–3 LPA. The average package is 3.5–5 LPA. Top recruiter companies include BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange), Deloitte, and EY (Ernst & Young). Around 50–60% of our batch gets internships at corporate firms like Amazon, Flipkart, HDFC Bank, and tech-sector companies like Cognizant and Wipro. The top roles are in corporate sectors, the financial sector, and legal advisory.
Infrastructure: At Sister Nivedita University, as a student from the B.Com LL.B. law department, facilities include well-structured classrooms, computer labs, and a library for students to study. The quality of the hostel is good. They provide meals three times a day. There is a decent amount of discipline among students.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, especially in our B.Com LL.B. batch. They are highly knowledgeable, and our class teacher teaches us very well. The explanations about specific topics are also very good. The curriculum makes students completely eligible and ready for the practical knowledge required by companies. The semester exams are moderate. They are conducted in a well-mannered way. The passing criteria for the semester exams are more than 45%.
Other: I chose B.Com LL.B. because I have a strong knowledge of this specific area. This field makes us one of the most responsible candidates. I want to improve my communication skills because, in this field, knowledge is not enough if I am unable to deliver it perfectly. Events are held every year. Campus life is well maintained among students. They are all well-mannered and have a peaceful environment. They also provide a decent amount of scholarships to students who score more than 75% in Class 12.

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) - Batch of 2026

It's not that bad, you can go for it.
Placements: 65 percent of students got placed. I don't know exact but 6 LPA package is given by MA Sun Pharma, etc., companies from where we can get chances. 60 percent of students got internships in various pharmaceutical industries. They can also apply for faculty positions in various colleges, practical work, and examinations.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is quite good but sometimes there's a shortage of instruments or equipment in the lab. AC is needed and it has not started yet in every class. Food quality is good enough. About sports I don't know much because during the year no sports events have been conducted.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful enough. Exams are taken from time to time. Books are available in the library. Sometimes it's really tough to handle exams. Sem exams are both quite easy and tough. The pass percentage is 50 percent in every subject in both practical and theory.
Other: Fests are so few. I think there is a need to improve and need AC.

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) - Batch of 2025

Campus life is good, but since the department is new, I cannot say much about the placements.
Placements: The Architecture Department is very new here. Only one batch of the Architecture department has passed out. The second batch will be passing out in 2026. About placements, the placement rate is very low here. The class strength is also very small, with just 15–20 students in one batch. They also charge a lot of money for internships.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is quite good here. There are separate floors for every department. Wi-Fi, classrooms, and everything are good here. The canteen has a wide variety of food at affordable prices. Sports, games, and medical facilities are also available and well-maintained.
Faculty: Teachers and seniors are very helpful. They are knowledgeable. The exams are not very difficult. Faculty members are knowledgeable, but about placements, I cannot say much because this course is very new. However, the college does teach students to work hard.

It is good for views only. The quality of teaching is poor. NCC is the only good thing in SNU.
Placements: Placements are average. We get placed if we have excellent skills, but they don't teach any skills. No good skills are taught, so it is hard to get placements. It is very good for those who have good skills and experience. It offers internship opportunities. We can hope to get good placements.
Infrastructure: In labs, computers and keyboards are very bad. Wi-Fi is very poor. A ground is nice. The library is under construction. They started classes in the B block while it was still under construction, which is not safe at all. But it is very good because benches and desks are good. There is AC in all B-block classes. However, there is no AC in A block. There is a good bus facility.
Faculty: Only very few faculty members are genuinely interested in teaching. Exams are hopeless because some faculty members don't care if we cheat or not. Some faculty members focus only on a very small number of students. But some of them are very good, kind, and understanding.
Other: They take extra money from us to do fests. There is no freshers' party or farewell party. NCC service is good. There is no canteen because there is no gas. It gives extracurricular marks without extracurricular activities. There are good surroundings. It is very hot.

The college is in an excellent IT hub location with modern labs and promising future placements.
Placements: I will pass out in 2027, and our placement process is just beginning. Currently, about 70% of our seniors are placed. The highest package offered is 15 LPA. The average package offered is 6 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are Amazon and Deloitte. Many of us have already secured internships in the 3rd year at companies like Google and local startups for summer roles.
Infrastructure: The college has excellent Wi-Fi and high-tech labs that we use daily for projects. Classrooms are modern with projectors. The library is a quiet place with all books we need. The hostel rooms are clean. The mess food can be repetitive. We have a great sports complex for games like football and basketball, which keeps us active.
Faculty: Our teachers are very approachable and have great industry experience, which makes the teaching quality quite high. The course curriculum is updated to include the latest trends like AI and Data Science, which helps in making us industry-ready. Semester exams are challenging but fair.
