SNU: The place where talents are value.
Placements: Almost 100% of placement was seen among the previous batch that passed out with a pretty good package. Some of the remarkable placements are R. Bharat and Hoichoi. The college provides internship opportunities to everyone. Some students even go for placements and internship opportunities at the university itself.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are very spacious, the labs are well maintained, and the library has all the required books available and has a nice space for studying. The hostels, to say the least, are not much appreciated but are being developed as time passes. The building is Wi-Fi enabled.
Faculty: The faculty are very experienced, professional, and knowledgeable. Everyone has a lot of experience in the field. The course curriculum is very balanced and covered nicely by the faculty members. The exams are not so difficult to appear for if you prepare for them properly and attend the classes regularly.
Other: Overall, the university is very good. The infrastructure is good, and the faculty members are very cooperative. The campus is quite nice and is always filled with students in their free time.

True side of Sister Nivedita University
Placements: In my course, there were 14 students. No package was offered, no companies visited, and no internships were available. It was a B.Sc. graduation course, and internships were not offered at this level. One has to pursue a master's degree. There were no specific top roles; the main goal was to pass this degree.
Infrastructure: There was no free Wi-Fi, but the labs and classrooms were good. The library's facilities were good. The hostel is nearby. The canteen food was good, and the prices were reasonable. All kinds of staple foods were available. Extracurricular activities, sports, and games, including basketball fields and drama clubs, were available.
Faculty: The curriculum was advanced, and students were taught well. Question papers were moderately difficult, with a 40% passing requirement. All teachers had Ph.D. degrees and were highly knowledgeable and qualified. The teaching quality was excellent, and class assessments were conducted.
Other: I chose this course because I was interested in this field. The college fest was enjoyable. Time to know truth about Sister Nivedita University

Unfiltered review of the college.
Placements: In the 2023–2024 batch, 20 out of 286 studies have been placed so far. The highest package is 20 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.6 LPA. Amazon, Meta, Netflix, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini, Tela Verge, Fractal Analytics, etc. are the top recruiters. 10 out of 286 got interned at Amazon, Tela verge and Fractal Analytics. SDE is one of the top roles offered in my course.
Infrastructure: Availability of Wi-fi only on the lab floor where our lab classes are conducted. Non-AC classrooms with an adequate number of fans. Also, the new building where B.Tech. classes are conducted is complete with kaccha floors, no fans in class and no water in the washrooms. The library is quite big, with proper availability of books and a proper seating area for study. The quality of the mess and canteen food is quite good and the rates are pretty decent.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified professors. Most of them are working on big patent projects and their own articles. The teaching quality is 2.5 out of 5, varying from professor to professor. The course is perfectly curriculum-relevant as it covers all the subjects required for our interview. Semester exams are very tough in the college, where we have to secure a minimum of 22.5 out of 50 on our end and 22.5 out of 50 on all the internal assessments.

If you're looking for a good college for CSE, then SNU is an option for you.
Placements: 32LPA and 44LPA bagged an internship. Our recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Flipkart, and Amazon. Google will also visit our college. Top placements are at 32 LPA and 44 LPA (bagged offers with internships). The average placement ranges from 3 to 5 LPA, with an average percentage of 50 to 60%.
Infrastructure: Our college offers many sports facilities such as cricket and football. The classroom infrastructure is also good, and the hostels are satisfactory, but the food is not up to par. There is a canteen and café on our college campus. Wi-Fi is also available, and library facilities are excellent.
Faculty: The teachers are very humble and helpful during exam time, and they teach us very well. There are many teachers for each subject. The SSD teachers prepare the students for the industry. The semester exams are a little hard, but if you study well, you can score well.
Other: I chose this course because I was very passionate about coding since my early school life.

Life at Sister Nivedita University.
Placements: About 75% of the students get placed in our college. The highest package is 51 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA and the average package is 8-12 LPA. Top companies like Amazon, Google, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, etc. Almost every student gets internships in their 2nd or 3rd year and the companies that I have mentioned. The roles offered in my course are that of Web developer, full stack developer, cyber security, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good and the campus is very big. The faculty members are very helpful with solving all the problems of the students. Our college has a Wi-Fi and computer labs along with labs for other courses. The library is very big with all the availabilities of the course books. The huge library consists of computers and desks for the students. As I am not a hostel student, I don't have any knowledge of it. We have our own football team and the college also conducts sports week every year.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful towards the students and they help them in their weak areas. All the teachers are qualified having Ph.D. and B.Ed. degrees. The course is very relevant and the students should also work hard. Sometimes we have industrial tours for understanding the ways of work there. There are 4 exams in a year, 1st is the mid sem which is easy, followed by the 1st sem which are tough, and then 2nd M.Ed sem followed by the end sem which is also tough. All these depend upon the students as to how well prepared they are.
Other: I have chosen this course because I'm very passionate towards coding & web development & the best thing is that our college provides the latest subjects and syllabus according to the companies requirements. There is nothing much to be changed but they should focus on providing proper notes which should be given to each every student. Every month, we have coding competitions and they also conduct fest every 6 months.
