Quality education at University of Madras.
Placements: The institute offers a diverse opportunities. Placement rates are high, close to 70%. The highest package range is 6–8 LPA, the lowest package is 2 LPA, and the average package is 3-6 LPA. The top recruiters are from Deloitte, KPMG and HDFC. Many students secure internships with companies like EY. The top roles are financial analyst and accountant.
Infrastructure: Facilities are average; wi-fi can be unreliable; and labs and classrooms need upgrades. Library resources were adequate for my course. Hostel facilities are decent but could be improved. The mess and canteen offer basic food options. Medical facilities are available, and sports facilities are limited.
Faculty: Teachers are supportive, qualified and knowledgeable, enhancing teaching quality. The curriculum is relevant, preparing students for the industry. Semester exams are moderately challenging, with a respectable pass percentage, reflection-effective teaching and student engagement.

Placements: Certainly, multinational corporations (MNCs) are actively seeking talented individuals and offering attractive packages to help students advance their careers peacefully. In today's digital landscape, there's a growing demand for information security professionals, so these companies are strategically hiring the right candidates to enhance their operations.
Infrastructure: My friends are saying that although the hostel has strict meal timings, the food quality is good. Compared to other universities, this one-time annual payment, including exam fees, is reasonable, averaging around 5000-6000. The university follows a choice-based credit system where exams consist of three parts, and grades are calculated based on average. The laboratory facilities are excellent, equipped with new instruments for data analysis.
Faculty: The faculty members at this institution highly value standardized education, demonstrating exceptional teaching standards. Their qualifications and extensive experience are remarkable, contributing to the institution's esteemed reputation. Members motivate us for our better future. Overall, all faculty were very nice.

My college faculty is good.
Placements: The placement rate is satisfactory. Although specific figures are available, I am yet to receive information regarding placement details. In my college, the highest package is 15 to 90 LPA. If placement percentage is 70%, students are secure placements.
Infrastructure: The facilities are ample, featuring spacious classrooms and well-stocked labs. However, there are no provisions for Wi-Fi access for students. There is a playground and an auditorium on campus. The boys' hostel is available, and the canteen serves quality food, offering both pre-packaged and freshly cooked meals. Sports facilities include a playground.
Faculty: The faculty members are qualified and supportive of students, contributing to an above-average standard of teaching. The curriculum is relevant and aligns with industry standards, supplemented by seminars to keep students updated on industry trends. Examinations can be challenging but are manageable.
Other: My college scholarship is provided according to government rules only.

Looking for Quality Education? You came to the right place.
Placements: For the batch of 2022-24, despite being late 2023, a lot of students got placed. The highest package which will be offered may be INR 10 Lacs per annum as per the Statistics. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, Accenture, HCL and Wipro. The top roles offered are Software Engineer, Data Analyst, Business Analyst.
Infrastructure: The physical classrooms are spacious, clean and are equipped with state-of-the-art piece of technology which help in facilitating effective learning. The university also offers sports facilities and holds competition with various other colleges within and outside the university.
Faculty: The quality of teaching is excellent here. The teachers are amazing, helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant according to the current needs of the industry. It is also updated regularly to reflect the latest changes in the business world. It makes the students industry ready. The semester exams are moderate difficult.
