On Fees and Eligibility
Q:   What is the eligibility criteria for MBA at Madras University Distance Education?
A:

Most universities do not require an entrance exam to enter the Distance MBA course. However, there are some universities that conduct entrance exams and admissions are based on performance in those exams. The part-time MBA programme is best suited for working professionals who want to pursue a master's degree after graduation and at the same time do not want to leave their jobs.

Steps for Secondary MBA 2024:

Step 1 - Since this is a distance learning program, all admissions can be done online and you don't need to visit the college. Instead, you should visit the official website of the college you are applying to.

Step 2 - Select options carefully for distance learning programs. Then select the Distance MBA programme in the postgraduate section. If there are different specializations, choose the one you want to do.

Step 3- The third step is to register in your programme and complete the registration/application form.

Step 4 - After completing the registration/application form, submit the entry documents or pay the fee specified in the application form.

Step 5- This step is only for admission to universities that consider entrance exams. You have to try the entrance exam and then wait for the release. If you pass the checkpoint, you will need to complete the next login procedure.

Step 6 - Now it's time to check your documents. You must submit scanned copies of your documents. These documents include your academic certificate like class 12 and your graduation marks, work experience certificate (if any), identity card / PAN card / driving license / passport, photo certificate or disability certificate (if any), scanned passport size photograph and mark your signature, and copies of other documents provided by the college.

Step 7- Once your documents are verified, your login will be approved. After that, you have to pay the tuition fees for that semester/year as per the university rules. Once the payment has been verified, you will be enrolled in the course and given your student number

Apart from that, candidates must have passed graduation in any stream with more than 50% aggregate (45% for reserved category).
