Can I join Institute of Engineering and Management Studies for Certificate in Engineering with NIOS certificate?

Hello Alok, There are different versions of looking at NIOS but in the end it has been established by courts that students of NIOS are as good as others and hence can seek admission in any course provided of course they fulfil other criterias if any. So you can definitely seek admission in IEMS.
