As far as I'm aware, the KSOU is involved in some regulatory issues with UGC and I believe a significant number of programs conducted by them are no longer valid or recognised by the UGC. Hello Shashank,
Supreme Court of India has ruled that courses which require lot of practicals can not be offered by any institution in distance learning mode. Not only this, it cancelled degrees given out fir many years.
