CBS is India's best undergraduate management college.
Placements: Placements in our college are one of the best in DU. Almost all major companies which recruit from DU visit our college. Companies which mainly visit our college are Brain, BCG, Mc Kinsey, big 4 firms, D.E. Shaw, etc. These companies offer jobs to 70-80 students, while another 70-80 placements are offered by young firms. The highest salary package offered is 17 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of CBS is the best in DU. All the classrooms are air-conditioned. There's Wi-Fi facility on the campus, which is also provided to us to access certain research journals and corporate databases for our projects. There are some sports facilities like TT, volleyball, football, etc., and all the equipment is new and working brilliantly.
Faculty: I can surely say that BFIA and BMS are really the most holistic undergraduate courses for commerce and business students. The course builds a strong foundation in subjects like finance, statistics, economics, etc., and allows students to specialise in the field of their choice. Most of the teachers are really learned and knowledgeable.

SSCBS is the best college in DU, in most of the aspects.
Placements: Placements in our college are one of the best among all the colleges under DU. A large percentage of students of our college get placed in well-reputed companies. Around 83% of the students were placed in 2017, which was the highest percentage in DU.
Infrastructure: The college was shifted to its new campus in Rohini, in 2017. Now, it is equipped with the latest technologies, and every facility from classrooms to libraries in the college is amazing. There are no complaints about the infrastructure as it's the best you can get in a government college.
Faculty: There are some subjects in the course which you might find boring, but a lot of them are quite interesting. The course curriculum focuses on practical knowledge, and so SSCBS is known for its courses. Faculty members are good and quite friendly.

We are different. We do things differently. I think we are best in our field.
Placements: This year the placement record improved and it was good, most of the students got placed. For 2017-18 session highest package was of around 13 Lacs per annum and average would be 4.5-5 Lacs per annum. Companies like BCG, Mckinsy knowledge centre, Deliotte, KPMG, Ernst & Young, B9 Beverages, Magicpin, S&P global, RocSearch, The bluebeans, CBRE and many other companies visited the college during placement.
Infrastructure: Last year (2017) we shifted to our new campus and I can say that proudly that, it is one of the finest campus in the entire du circuit right now. I think it has all amenities that is required in an awesome college. Fully AC classes and highly technically supported, beautiful playground, Auditorium is awesome, library is improving and you get almost all the books related to your course and HOSTEL facility is available and I think it will be stat by june- July 2018. Canteen is good but rates are higher as compare to other colleges.
Faculty: In my first year, when I joined at that time the faculty was awesome. But right now new teachers are joining the campus. So some of them are good and some of them have lack of experience so they cannot able to express themselves. Teachers are so corporate and always encourage the students, most of them are very passionate and take the classes regularly and interested in taking extra classes if required. Most of the teacher refers slides to teach, sometimes case study and sometime group activities.
Other: Cresendo is the annual cultural fest of the college. Apart from that their are many events and fest organise by different societies of the college. SOCITIES are the backbone of the college and they are so active and give so much exposure. So I will suggest to join the SOCITIES according to your interest, it will be so helpful to you. You will get friends, knowledge and lots of exposure.

So if you are willing to look beyond that “college-y” atmosphere, CBS won’t disappoint.
Placements: We have one of the highest placement rates among undergraduate colleges. Many prestigious companies come to our college for the placement process like Bain and Co., Google, A.T. Kearney, KPMG, etc. They generally hire students for the post of Business Analyst, Research Associate, Account Strategist, etc. The highest package offered in CBS was 12L p.a. this year. The average was somewhere around 6 LPA. In our college, around 75% students get placed majorly from finance stream. CBSite’s vocabulary-internships, placements and packages.
The placement rate is around 85 % - one of the highest in the university.
Infrastructure: There are four computer labs in the college. There is a garden in front of the college that serves as the meeting place for different society meetings. A small lawn at the back serves as the ground for all sports activities. Near it are the college canteen and the photocopy shop, two places which are always filled with students. Behind the campus, there is a large parking ground, a small football field as well as two buildings adorned with wall art known as the cultural block which is strictly for college societies to function.
Free Wi-Fi service was given by the college. Though its infrastructure is not up to the mark, the new campus equipped with modern facilities is currently under construction in Rohini and is expected to be completed by 2017.
The college building in Rohini is a big building with 8 floors.
Faculty: There we teachers from IIM Ahmedabad, ICFAI, DSE, FMS, LSR, SRCC, IMT Ghaziabad, ISB, CFA.
Our college has industry tie-ups with various companies like NSE, BSE etc for short term courses like FMAT & NCCMP. The class strength is around 30–40 students. The 9 to 5 schedule of the college as well as the unending series of seminars, lectures, live projects and anything you could expect from a B-School is present but luckily no classes are held on Saturday.
Other: CBS boasts of 27 different societies, the highest in DU catering to the wide spectrum of individual interests – music, theatre, visual arts, western dance, the list goes on.
Convergence is organised as a business conclave of the college every year which invites eminent speakers from the industry to discuss emerging issues in the V.P. Chest Auditorium of North Campus. ENACTUS, SSCBS makes the college proud with their projects in serving the society. Akshar Project and Sanitation Solutions win awards every year in international competitions.

Placements: Very good placement company like kpmg, wipro, earn and young, tata financial, TCS visit here to hire students overall package is around 400000 rs annual medium to the highest 900000 rs its a great opportunity for students in Delhi university to have seat in sscbs.
Infrastructure: Overall good infrastructure which consist computer lab, solar panel, own basketball court, cricket ground, parking and new building are some highlight of college. College consist 3 building ,2 canteen and one juice corner college is well connect with metro.

The admissions in asked course are based on merit of DU JAT exam. The DU JAT exam fee for general/OBC/CW is Rs 500. While for SC/ST/PWD it is Rs 250.

No, you can't admission in SSCBS for BBA because for getting admission there you should have above 75% in your 12th class without this you can't get admission there.

Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies(SSCBS) is a premier institution of the Delhi University for Bachelor of Management Studies. SSCBS students are able to get nearly 100% placement and its BMS graduates are able to get salaries equivalent to MBA graduates from Tier II B-Schools.
