The Bar Council of India discourage Evening/ Part time LLB courses. At present, evening LLB is not considered for practicing as Lawyer in court of law. So please avoid to do this.

Yes, you can if you have completed your class 12th and graduation with at least 45% marks.
Just passing class 10th won't let you do LLB.
Also, as there is no upper age limit so you may opt for LLB provided you satisfy the eligibility criteria of at least 45% marks in class 12th or graduation as the
