- On this eight-week course from the HKU SPACE, you will explore the different syndromes of the Six-Meridian Syndrome Differentiation from the Treatise of Febrile Diseases Caused by Cold.
- You will discover the signs and symptoms of syndrome in order to improve your use of herbs for traditional Chinese medicine, your selection of acupuncture points, and overall enhance your clinical efficacy.
- This course will take you through each of the six meridians from the Shang Han Lun: Taiyang, Yangming, Shaoyang, Taiyin, Shaoyin, and Jueyin. You will learn the signs and symptoms of each syndrome as well as looking at the interior, exterior, deficiency, and excess patterns that differentiate each syndrome.
- There is a focus on Taiyang syndromes over the first part of this course, taking you in-depth into the classification of Taiyang syndromes and the various patterns of these syndromes, including transmuted patterns.
