No, a Diploma in Diabetology is not recognised by the Medical Council of India (MCI). MCI recognizes only the degree courses in India.
What you can do is pursue an MBBS degree from a MCI recognised institute and then go for a Diploma in Diabetology.

NO, AIIMS Delhi does not use NEET score for BSc Nursing admission. It conducts its own separate entrance exam for paramedical admission. The exam is conducted twice a year. It is usually conducted in May and Nov. Students need to prepare for this exam and not for NEET only.
