Pros include flexi-schedule and learn at own pace. Cons were lack of social connect with fellow learners due to the 100% online environment.

Learning Experience: I am currently doing the project management course from coursera. There are so many lessons and topics to be learned and various types of skills to be a perfect project manager.
Faculty: The faculty is good and there are discussion forums to discuss any topic. Each and every lectures are very knowledgeable and relevant. There are peer graded assignments also which can also help us to interact with each other.
The course was full of resources, assessments, assignment etc. There are video lectures, reading materials and quiz sessions for the better learning.
