Basic placement opportunities.

Placements: The top roles that have been offered are environment consultant, environment analyst, pollution control officer, research scientist, etc. Companies like Capgemini, ICICI Bank, and PNB MET offer internships to students and the internship rate is 85.

Infrastructure: We have our science department, where the classroom is pretty big and nice and we have a library that has most of the materials that are required. Also, in the hostel, we have a mess and canteen, both of which are available for students and there are medical facilities and sports.

Faculty: Generally, the curriculum is structured in such a way that it guides students and helps develop a hold on their specialization, but when it comes to being industry-ready and job-ready, we need to make additional efforts and if we talk about teachers, they are qualified.

Overall, it was a good experience.

Placements: 1. The placement rate is 90 percent. 2. The highest package that was offered was for around 6.5 lacs per annum; the average package was around 3 lacs per annum. 3. The top recruiting companies that are generally hiring in bulk and have the highest package-offering ratios are TCS and Wipro.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is well-maintained; we have an air-conditioned, comfortable classroom that has a Wi-Fi network available and there are also laboratories. The hostel has good bedrooms, an attached washroom facility, and food in the mess.

Faculty: Typically, the exams have a passing rate of 80%. The teachers are quite good at trying to help in building critical thinking ability in class, and they also try to make sure to update the curriculum so that the students don't lag and try to be industry-ready.
