The MSc seats are reserved for the SC and ST students. As per the reservation policy 22% of seats for Scheduled Caste (SC) and 6% for Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates in educational institutions. 

Vidyasagar University application fee for INR 200 for the Directorate of Distance Education courses and INR 300 for the General/Unreserved Category. Candidates can pay the fee at the UCO Bank branch on campus.
