You have two options:
Either you can take transfer certificate from GLS University and submit to IIBMS.
Or The candidate’s with Diploma in any stream viz. 3 year after 10th or 2 years after 10+2 or two year vocational course from ITI after 10+2 or equivalent examination with 50% marks in aggregate

You can certainly take admission in Mumbai University for BBA for 2nd year. As per the information I have, changing the university is very much possible. In case Mumbai University's college, whichever you wish to choose, has lateral entry option. So, you can check which colleges offer lateral entry
