Prof. Sashikumaar Ganesan - Chair, CDC, IISc
He joined the Department of SERC/CDS as an Assistant Professor in 2011. Before joining the Department, he was a Research Associate at Imperial College London and an Alexander-von-Humboldt fellow at WIAS Berlin. His research interests include Finite element analysis, High-Performance Computing, Data-Driven modeling, Cloud Computing, Scientific Machine Learning, AI & MLOps at scale. He also heads Scientific Machine Learning and Operations (STARS) group at CDS.
Prof. Deepak Subramani - Assistant Professor, IISc
Ph.D., Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA B.Tech and M.Tech, IIT Madras. His research focuses on ML/AI for Environmental Forecasting, Data-Driven Routing of Autonomous Vehicles, Bayesian Learning and Data Assimilation, Uncertainty Quantification, and Computational Optimization.
Prof. Yogesh Simmhan - Associate Professor, IISc
Ph.D. Computer Science, Indiana University, USA, and previously a Research Faculty at the University of Southern California (USC), Los Angeles, and a Postdoc at Microsoft Research, San Francisco.
